She was very thorough in her phone call and as well email which is AWESOME! I was VERY lucky to come in the same week that I called. I know it gets pretty busy around this time. I decided to go with the Classical extension set with Jade. Jade is extremely cute, nice and personable. I had a pleasure working with her. I haven't even visited them yet or had a service performed, but I had to write a preliminary review! Yesterday, I wrote a question on Yelp, asking about prices. I had done a lot of research and was convinced that Bebe needed to be the one to transform my eyebrows. Within hours of my posting the question, their receptionist (Sarah) responded to me. We began emailing and she was so thorough to answer all of my questions promptly. When I say promptly, I mean that I have never had a business consistently email me back so quickly throughout an entire conversation. I just got off the phone with Sarah and have booked an appointment with Bebe to microblade and ombré my eyebrows. I am so, so excited and feel confident that I made the right choice. You're requested to remove your shoes upon arrival and you slip on booties. Photos are taken at the initial visit and she draws lines to check for symmetry. BB does a great job with color match and she ensures the match at the second visit, too. She does a great job to make sure the numbing cream works before and in the middle of the process. I first met Bebe back in March 2015 for my Engagement hair and makeup session. We talked via Facebook initially and she was always super prompt and professional through each conversation. I initially signed up to do my Engagement, Bridals, and wedding party hair/MU for the day of my wedding. After getting to meet her and work with her, I had to pick up more services from her! She was super sweet and friendly the first time I met her, it felt like we had been friends for forever. She really listens to you and tries to get a feel of what you like and what you don't like. At my first trial, I told her that my hair didn't curl well and boy did she listen. When she was done with me, my hair was curled and it did not fall one bit. Through my process with Bebe, I feel like I started to learn about myself. I learned that my hair can hold curls really well and I learned how I like my makeup to look. I thought I liked minimal makeup but it turns out I like makeup with heavy contouring and heavy blush. She never tried to push me to anything I wasn't comfortable with. She was always open to try new things for me and if I wasn't happy with it, she welcomed me with open arms to see her again to fix whatever I wasn't happy with. I loved her work ethic so much I decided to try out 3D Eyebrow Embroidery. She was very patient with me on this process, as I didn't take pigment as well as others. She took me back for an extra appt when others probably would not do that for their clients. She wasn't going to stop until I was happy and I appreciated it so much! I didn't stop there. I decided to get volume eyelash extensions before the big wedding day. They were so comfortable, I could hardly notice them on! I could tell that she was very experienced in lashes. My eyes are uneven and she knew what to do to help even out my eyes with just the length of the lashes and where to place them. Lastly, on my wedding day her and her team cause out at the crack of dawn to glam me and my ladies up. They were like a well-oiled machine. They came to work and they sure worked. They got 5 girls ready in 3.5 hours and our hair and makeup was perfection. Our hair and makeup lasted us in a rainy day from 8am to 1am! I highly recommend Bebe. She knows what she is doing and has the experience to back it up. Started out great. Comparable prices to other salons, accommodating and friendly staff, gorgeous salon, spa feel. Took 3 hours, where usually it takes 2. By the time I got home I noticed my left side had fallen, and by the next morning it was completely flat in the middle (still up slightly on the corner). I contacted the salon and was asked to provide photos and these are the resulting texts: From salon to me: Bebe said your lift looks good, it may look a little less lifted because your lashes are more sparse and shorter on left side than right, and a little more stubborn on left.The next time you're in (minimum 4 weeks to retouch them, we will leave 1 minute longer on the left side). Notation has been made to your file for your next visit. In the meantime, unfortunately you'll need to soft curl the left side lashes. We thank you for sharing & notifying us of your concern. We look forward to your return at BLashed. Thank you Georgia! From me to salon: That's an interesting and disappointing reply. The point of a lift is to not have to use a curler. And stating that I have to use one implies that the lift doesn't in fact look good. I've had a lift before at another place with no issues on either side so I'm confident this is not due to my lashes. Especially given there is a proposed solution for future. I was impressed with the salon and initial service but I'm disappointed in the lack of customer care in this and won't do business there in the future. Being treated this way after spending about $150 (after tip) is shocking to me. I got airbrush foundation since I have oily skin and needed the makeup to last all day/night. I looked flawless still at midnight! Hair was in a side bun with braids & curls & still tight & in place too. Bebe and Noni did an amazing job on me, my sisters, and my mom's hair and makeup for my mom's wedding. Before my mom's wedding day, Bebe had my mom do a test trial for her hair and makeup. Bebe and her girls made us feel so welcomed when we went into their salon a couple days before the wedding. The salon was SUPER clean and they offered us refreshments as we waited/napped on their comfy couches during my mom's test trial. Bebe was so sweet and did such an amazing job on my mom's hair and makeup. She even did my mom's hair in about 3 different styles to see what hair style she loved the most. On the wedding day, Bebe and Noni did hair and makeup for 7 of us, and they were so fast and efficient. I'm usually so picky on how I get my makeup done but Noni did exactly what I wanted. Noni made me look like a glowy bronze godess lol. I especially loved that Bebe made my mom feel like a princess on her special day!! Our makeup stayed on ALL day and night. It LITERALLY stayed on all night because I got super wasted and fell asleep with my makeup on and it still looked so good when I woke up the next morning, lol. I would also like to add that the makeup they use is great quality! They used Dior, Benefit, NYX, Anastasia palettes, etc! I went in as a model for both microblading and lash extensions. I was so happy to find BLashed Beauty Bar. I followed them for nearly a year before I decided to make my appts. LASH EXTENSIONS - Lash extensions were done by Tilly. Tilly made sure to cover all the bases to ensure that I would be completely satisfied by taking the time to talk to me beforehand. I told her I wanted more volume, but wanted to keep it looking natural, and I was so happy with the outcome. My legs kept going numb, and Tilly was so patient while I readjusted each time. And she was kind enough to offer me a pillow to put under my legs to keep me comfortable. MICROBLADING - I had microblading done at Youth and Lashes in December 2016, and was VERY unsatisfied. When someone says, "Now remember, they're not twins, they're sisters," before handing you the mirror, they messed something up. The shape was awful. They hardly looked like distant cousins. They weren't even CLOSE to looking similar to each other, other than the fact that they were eyebrows -_- AND it was incredibly painful. I emailed the owner of that other location expressing dissatisfaction with the shape, and she never took the time to write back. I never went back for a retouch, which was included in the original price I paid for the initial microblading session. At BLashed, Susan was my specialist and she was amazing. I told her about my bad experience and she made sure I had nothing to fear. My two biggest concerns were shape, and pain. Susan spent about an hour just mapping/shaping my brows. I was so appreciative of this. She was so very patient with me and took the time to make sure I was completely happy before beginning the microblading process. Even during the microblading process, she would show me the progression and make sure I was happy with how the process/shaping was turning out. If I didn't like one of the lines she bladed, she would remove it! Susan also made sure I was completely numb and comfortable the whole time. If I felt the tiniest bit of pain, she immediately stopped to take care of it. During my lash and microblading sessions, Bebe came over to review Tilly and Susan's work to ensure make sure they looked perfect. I received beautiful lashes by Tilly this past week, and had a wonderful experience. They have a pretty space and comfortable tables for getting a new set of lashes. Tilly was very thorough in finding out what length and volume I wanted, and explaining to me her ideas and proceedures. I was so comfortable I fell asleep while Tilly worked her magic! Sarah, the front desk attendant was very warm and welcoming. She made me feel very comfortable getting me settled and checked out afterward.
