After ordering some books, I realized that it would take 5 - 6 weeks to get them, due to the fact that it would take that long to have binding done to the books. I emailed BMI and asked if I could cancel my order. Not only was I able to cancel my order, but the transaction was taken off of my bank statement the same day!
