They said we were first on the list, yet no one ever got back to us after several calls and waiting for 3 days. Called another company in Bucks County who came out within 24 hours. We called Franc to advise them we were forced to use someone else and typical of a terrible business, they never called to apologize or even explain why they ignored us.
