I use them and them only they bathe, brush and dry you babies and treat them like they are your own. My male shepherd Thor whines in the window when they arrive and take the female Shotzee first because he wants to go. He hates baths in the house but walks out to their van like no tomorrow. It tells me how much my babies love and trust them. They come in smelling wonderful. My doxie the little devil she is comes in with bows or a feather in her hair. Was not allowed to speak with the doctor prior or post second surgery and the staff had a definite attitude problem. After the second surgery, I was sent home with no antibiotics and a bloody mess of an incision site.

He was polite and professional, and had a long list of questions about our pet. He volunteered to water houseplants and check the mail for us, too. While we were gone, he sent us regular, specific emails about Pancake, which really helped put our minds at ease. When we got back, we found Pancake happy and healthy and her living area clean.
