Beware of this company! They claimed to come pick up dumpster after 2 weeks of use. I received a…read moremessage saying they couldn't pick up do to a wheel barrow of gravel being in front of the unit. Instead of going to the construction site on the back of the property they knock on the customers front door instead of calling the contractor. They proceed to tell us we need to pay a $75 inconvenience fee. When I call they employee calls us liars even though we have time stamped photos of being on site prior to them arriving. Then the employee proceeded to threaten to leave the dumpster to incur more fees and take us to court. Very unprofessional. Stay clear of this company

(50#@ most) A 36x 30 vanity (100#) A plastic sink (5#) 3 -18x 21 shelf boards. (25#) 3 hollow core doors (each15#=45# total) 4 x 13 ft area of carpet and pad. Our trash has been skipped 3 weeks in a row... I have 9 bags of trash in my front yard with maggot…read moreall over them... we will be switching back to waste management atleast they pick up the trash. Also on several occasions with refuse we have had trash left in our front yard im not sure how when everything is always bagged that we take out. We thought it would be nice because it was cheaper thought we could save some $. Dont switch youll regret it a month in they raised their prices and, then started missing our trash which went from being picked up on Tuesday to now Saturday. When you call all you get is an answering machine. We are done with raccoon refuse. Worst trash service ever.
