2012 hat das b1-schneller fit in der Bad Sodener Leopoldpassage gestartet. Nach 5 erfolgreichen Jahren Power Plate & EMS Training haben Bettina & Caroline Bauer den Umzug in neue Studioräume gewagt. Mit viel Platz und tollen Ideen ist das Studio seit Januar 2018 in der Kronberger Str. 2 / City Arkaden in Bad Soden ansässig. Hier können Kurse wie Pilate, Yoga, TRX, TRX Yoga, Jumping & Fitness Boxing neben dem altbewährten Training stattfinden. Das individuelle Training mit max. 6 Teilnehmern in den Kursen zeichnet das Studio und die Qualität aus.
