However, he straight up lied about being the head manager of the store and was nobody else who could help me. Truth is a friend of Adam's named Chris, who is the head manager. He also has a bad attitude and only helped out by me making a formal complaint to corporate. They spoke to Chris and sent the case number to him. Less the 5 minutes later, he called me and said they would send me the 3 pills I was shorted. I was told I could no longer get my Rx in Cadallic and Ludington. I called Ludington to find out that was false as well. I'm just letting you all know the truth about Adam as a pharmacist. He lies, gives out broken pill and powder. Then tell you that you did it,because he can guarantee it. Just keep your eyes on him at work. He is always busy talking to anyone who is there, but customers.

Insisting that they were insulted by my polite request to have them repeat the information they gave me over the phone, when the phone cut out. I had no idea what management was talking about and proceeded to try to straighten out the misunderstanding. Management became even more insulting and rudely demanded to know what I wanted. I have shopped with Dollar Tree, at this location and have never had a problem with their staff, ever.
