Dr. P is great. She takes time to listen, discusses methods of treatment and medication, and genuinely cares for her patients. My husband and I have been going to see her for 8 years and have no complaints. She did have an overturn of staff a few years ago and it took a bit to get a new team put together. I have been a patient for a few years and the customer service has deteriorated greatly! The wait time is ridiculous. It is not uncommon to wait up to an hour to be seen. They never can find the rest results when lab work is performed and the office staff is usually short and overall not helpful. I'm very disappointed read more

Do not recommend at all. Maureen the new provider is horrible. She does not know anything and had to keep going in and out of the room to ask questions. Then Michelle the other provider had to come in and help. Michelle was great but Maureen is the reason I will never go back. To top it off I overheard Maureen outside of the door stating the only reason I got the covid vaccine was to work here and i regret it. I hope they get rid of her because it is running a great practice and because of her they lost a long-time patient. read more
