Absolutely the best place to get a burger in all of Suffolk County! I went for dinner with my fiancé on a Saturday night and they were busy busy but we were quoted 15 minutes for a table and the table was ready in less than 10. The burgers came out cooked to perfection and with all the toppings we asked for. I had the Kobe burger with onion straws, jalapeños and bbq sauce and my fiancé had the Juicy Lucy. The first time I went was shortly after their grand opening and everything was perfect. Food done exactly as ordered and tasted great. The second time I went was a few months later and not as good. Our order took forever due to a computer error that only seemed to affect our table. Once we got the food my burger was actually raw in the middle. The waitress was very nice and accommodating had the burger cooked again and all was taken care of. We ate here about 2 weeks ago and we started with the peanut wings and OMG !! Amazing all the sauces are homemade and our server Sam was fantastic ! Then we moved onto burgers we did the 2 the server recommended one was a juicy Lucy and the other had Gruyere on top and both where some of the best burgers we have ever had and we have been to many of the local burger spots from Babylon to Hicksville and this one is sure to impress :) I wish them well read more

Absolutely amazing experience!!!!! Stumbled in here by accident because Del Fuego had a wait of 40 minutes at 8:30 at night. I am a person who loves burgers, but being that they are such a common food staple they have to be exquisite just to be good. I was impressed by this place because it pretty much nailed the combination of great food with great service. I was made to feel at home here, as if I am visiting a friend's living room rather than a bar or a restaurant. Service was fast and friendly without making us feel rushed. Me and my wife sat at the bar, John, the bartender was attentive, pleasant, and was quick to refill your drinks. The food was amazing as well. The artichoke dip left a lasting impression but the burgers were legitimately nothing to kid about. Done right, good ingredients, cooked exactly the way I asked, with a bun which is absolutely to die for. By the end of the night, you felt satiated and satisfied. Like this place legit lifted my mood. Very different than local burger, I don't think that those two places are in competition with one another. I would describe this as more higher end, a true burger bistro. We will be back again to sacrifice more cows :) read more

We went around 9:30 on a Saturday, waited about 10 minutes. The food was great. I had an Oreo milkshake, drunken goat (beef burger with goat cheese) and got the regular fries. When the waitress was explaining how the sweet potato fries come with marshmallow sauce to my boyfriend, she saw how excited I was, so she brought me my own side of sweet potato fries and sauce on the house so I could have some too. Not only was the food delicious and the staff so friendly, for the first time ever, I didn't even get a stomach cramp. I always get sick from heavy, fatty foods. I can't believe it. Been meaning to try this place out for some time now. Went this past weekend with some friends and our kids. Cool place inside, not very big - The bathroom was like a sauna even my toddler made a comment about the heat. Lets talk about the food first, I know who goes to a burger bar and orders a chicken sandwich but hey if their that good shouldn't everything on their menu be great. I ordered the Grandma's Chicken Sandwich. Chicken cutlet, roasted peppers, fresh mozzarella and a balsamic glaze on a toasted hoagie roll. Chicken cutlet too thick, chicken itself very dense, I wouldn't say rubbery but a bit off. Fresh mozzarella again cut too thick and not evenly distributed within the sandwich. Bread quality was good, but the sandwich could of used some other level of flavor and or texture. Maybe some arugula tossed in a light lemon juice and oil or a classic pesto spread. The hand cut truffle fries were great, would of been even better with a handcrafted dipping sauce or aioli. Lastly lets talk about the service. It took a good 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us, actually in fact the only reason we finally got a robot of a waitress to finally come over was because we flagged down another waiter to help us. He apologized and got our waitress to finally say hello to us. In no exaggeration the entire time we were there we had to ask for her four times, two out of the four times another waiter or waitress helped us get what we needed. When we did actually see her, the personality was non-existent in fact she looked as if she could of passed out at any moment, stone cold face absolutely no pulse practically. I think I would of preferred her to be rude to us rather than the drone she was being. Again even my three year old noticed and asked me why she did not smile! Everyone else's burgers looked great and no complaints around the table so next time I come by I guess I will try a burger, because ... YES I know its a BURGER place. read more

Food was excellent. Went there at 8PM on a Saturday and the wait was only about 30 minutes. Baked potato soup was awesome! Poutine was so so because the cheese curds were cold. Burger meat was very tasty and the chicken and waffle sandwich was DELISH. We asked for shakes to come out with our burgers but sadly by the time they came out we were pretty much finished with our meals and stuffed ready to go home. They were really great though. The service left something to be desired, for sure and it definitely wasn't a fast paced meal. We were seated for about an hour before we got our entrees. First time here today for lunch with my daughter. We were seated right away. I ordered the Juicy Lucy and my daughter ordered the basic patty with avocado and tomato. She got the fries I got the coleslaw. I didn't think we would finish the burgers bc I could see how big they were. I was so surprised when I realized I ate the whole thing. Lol It's definitely pricey for a burger, but this aint Shake Shack. You get a lot of food! And its delicious!! Every burger comes with lettuce tomato red onion and pickles, plus fries OR cole slaw. Both were really good! And we are very picky about cole slaw. Any other toppings on your burger cost extra. They have a ton of different chef special burger styles, as well as sandwiches, grilled cheese, etc. We will definitely be back, its a great addition to our little town. I would give this place five stars except for their seating policy. If you are a couple, they will not seat you in a four seat section, and will seat other, larger groups ahead of you, even if they arrived after you. They were out of one of the special burgers we wanted, so I ordered my own, cheddar, bacon jam and mushroom. It was good, but the toppings were skimpy considering you pay for each one. The fries were fine, but nothing special, good garlic aioli for dipping. My husband had a black and bleu, and said he didn't taste the blackened part. So $52 for for 2 beers, 2 burgers and fries. Service was good, burgers were underseasoned but okay. Nothing spectacular. Might come again to try something different, but items are a bit pricey considering the amount of restaurants in the area. read more

We came here on a Saturday night. Service was terrible but food was very good. We had the turkey burger, beyond vegan burger, and a bacon cheese burger. The waitress was rude and clearly hated her job. She was cursing, kept telling us the place was way too loud, and then insisted on telling me how I should be eating my hamburger. I could see suggesting something maybe one time but she came back multiple times and kept giving me shit for not eating my burger the way she wanted me to. I went to Babylon Burger Bar today and was very disappointed. One of the waitresses was not wearing a mask and brought our food to us. She was inches from my face as she put the plates down. When I told her that it made me uncomfortable that she was not wearing a mask she told me she was allergic to latex. I was confused as I didn't ask her to wear a condom! She then stated that she was allergic to the cotton in the masks. I asked her which was it because now I was thoroughly confused. Finally she stated that the masks make her break out...I told her to join the club because we all have that problem!
