    Cookie Butter French Toast

I got the cookie French toast to go and it is so Delicious, highly recommend. We called in and when we picked it up they were very friendly. The side of hash browns to go was smaller then what I have gotten when I ate in.

Interior on a Sunday at 1pm

We used to really love this place, but it has slid downhill over the years. The interior remains dated, and frankly every time we go it seems more and more dirty and not kept up. Our most recent visit was particularly bad. It was crowded, but we were seated quickly at a tiny table and given one menu to share between the two of us. We then waited a very long time before the server even approached us. We received our beverages fairly quickly, and the food took a little longer. I had a custom egg white omelette which was quite average. The hash browns were also quite average and honestly had very little taste. The blueberry pancakes were the biggest disappointment. They are basically plain pancakes with a few blueberries on top. They do not even have blueberries in the batter. For a place that seems to pride itself on pancakes, this was quite embarrassing. The worst part - our server simply vanished after the food arrived. He literally disappeared to the point that another server was going to all his tables apologizing that she had no idea where he went. She offered to take over, but she was clearly already overworked. When we paid the bill, the replacement server again apologized and said that both our server and the manager had disappeared. This was overall a very poor experience and fits with our past experiences here which reflect a gradual decline. I don't know if we will return.

Food is A+ ! Amazing service, very local fast, and fun usually after a long night or a hangover, this place hits the spot! It's crowed nonstop at least every time I've been and it's just a cool cozy spot!

Banana Foster Pancakes were pretty good. 9/10 only due to not having a consistent distribution of flavor with each bite. PIGLET omelette: 6/10, greasy and alittle bland Potatoes were well cooked and served in abundance. I added onions and peppers for extra so I would say 8/10 because it's plain without the addition. Wheat toast standard with jelly. Service was quick and decent. The food looked better than it tasted so I will try a different breakfast place. Ambiance is cute.

Keep an eye on the specials board.. these were delicious pumpkin spice pancakes

We came here on a suggestion from someone visiting from out of town. It's so funny that you don't go to places where you live until someone else encourages you to try it. But this is definitely a must try if you're looking for some fun flavors for pancakes. The other thing they do here is put some fun filipino/hawaiian flavors into their brunch items. They also let you have pancakes for your starch as a small upcharge which is great way to have something sweet and savory for brunch. I'll say the pancakes are the stars here.. go with anything tropical.. ube, guava, etc... you'll be happy. The orange creamsicle was surprisingly refreshing too. The specialty egg dishes are okay, but if you just want loco moco.. plenty of other places to go to (although the adobo friend rice in the omelet blanket was pretty tasty). But if you wanted a regular breakfast with some specialty pancakes, def worth a try. I will say that I found that you had to use the Chinese restaurant aggressive politeness to get good service here. I never was offered a refill on my coffee which was disappointing. It was busy, but still.. come around with coffee pots once during our meal.

I see what all the fuss is now about Babystacks! The place is comfy, and has great service and food. The Orange Creamsicle short stack of pancakes did not disappoint! It tasted so good, and the orange glaze was so so delicious! The eggs, bacon and seasoned potatoes were also good. Liked the crispness and seasoning on the potatoes.

A chain restaurant with a fantastic variety of foods in Las Vegas. Appreciably Hawaiian and Filipino influenced, these classic breakfast style dishes mix traditional and exotic asian flavors for a unique and delicious bite! Service was quick and excellent. The ratios and portions for the pancakes were generous, but the savory dishes had a bit more scant protein to carb ratio than desired. Overall a great attempt at asian-inspired brunch in Las Vegas!

My pork sisig was a little dry but the fried rice ang eggs were good. The Ube pancakes were so rich in flavor it felt so sinful eating it. The Portuguese sausage is good as well. Service is good. I noticed over the years that it was not full as it used to be. Now that we have Zippy's here (and more are opening) there's more competition. Noise level low to medium, plenty of parking, with his and hers bathroom. I also noticed since homeless people come inside and use their bathroom. As for the prices, this restaurant is expensive for what you get.

My first time trying BabyStacks so I was excited to try their Ube Pancakes. You can taste the Ube in every bite. It came with a cream sauce on the side that tastes like sweet condensed milk. I really enjoyed the pancakes. This particular spot was small but felt very homely. The only downside is when I went to pay at the front counter, the cashier keyed my receipt in the credit/debit card reader and it had the tip included, which I questioned because it was just 3 of us. He replied, you can change that if you want. That in itself spoiled the experience for me. As a customer I'm the one who determines the tip amount not the cashier. I'll still return to try the other dishes.

Parking: They have a shared parking lot with nearby businesses. When I was here, I had no trouble finding a spot for my truck. Easy and seems safe. 4.5 stars Host stand: No one was at the host stand when I entered. I stood and waited for a couple minutes, then was greeted and seated. 3 stars. Server: He www polite, professional, and competent. My meal was exactly as ordered, and my drink was refilled when needed. 4.5 stars. Food: The meal was very good. Red velvet pancakes, eggs, sausage, and potatoes. Such a good meal. 5 stars. Bathrooms: Everything worked as it should. Not the cleanest, but it works. 3 stars. Ambiance: Volume was easy for conversation. All seating is indoors. I only noticed 1 tv and it was playing boring football. Temperature was perfect for t-shirt. 4 stars. Overall: This is an excellent location for breakfast food. Good spot for families, friends, and a breakfast date. I would definitely take my friends here. (4.5+3+4.5+5+3+4)/6 = 4stars

When I saw Ube pancakes (the tall stack) on the Menu, I knew we had to get them for Mother's Day breakfast yesterday, along with the adobo fried rice omelet. I'm so glad that we did, because both items were so delicious (masarap for my Pinoy peeps). Mmm. It was also visually beautiful too. They all say we eat with our eyes first. The pancakes were fluffy, flavorful, and the cream cheese drizzle made for a nice compliment, a touch of tart with the sweet. The adobo fried rice omelet (it used to have a red sauce on it) is our longtime favorite, so we get that whenever we order from this place. To date, we've tried about five different flavors of the pancakes. Smores was the last one that we tried prior to yesterday's treat. This was a pickup order. When you're paying with your card, the clerk automatically added 20% for the tip on a pickup/takeout order. So, watch that receipt. Just a kind warning for you all.

My wife, our group, and I had the chance to try Babystacks Cafe in Spring Valley, and we loved it! The location is convenient, and the staff was fantastic--attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The Filipino flavors in their specialty dishes were a real standout, and they had tons and tons of different pancake options, which was so much fun to explore. We arrived early and were seated right away, and by the time we left, the place was packed--which says a lot! My only wish was that the coffee was a bit stronger, but everything else more than made up for it. Highly recommend if you're in the area and want a tasty, flavorful breakfast experience.

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

The waitstaff were dressed very casual, jeans and t-shirt casual. Although the food is upscale, everything else about this place seems very casual diner like. We could even see most of the work going on in the small kitchen. Mostly shareable plates... Our table chose the deviled eggs with caviar - these were a hit! Dynamite shrimp, most at the table liked these, they were spicy and the flavor was decent, but I just felt like the sauce made the breading a bit soggy and it wasn't a favorite of mine. Pork Belly - This had a buffalo sauce on it, which I wasn't too excited about at first, but it worked better than I expected. Wish it was just a little crispier but it was tender and I enjoyed it. Oxtail risotto - this one had mixed reviews from the table, I really enjoyed it. The flavor was good. There's only a small amount of meat and it's shredded into the risotto. Overall the consistency was a little weird, very thick and almost sticky/dry, plus the dark color. They had a steak on the menu and the flavor was great, one of the pricier menu items but it was a good share. My wife ordered a burger without the bun. She said the patty was well over-cooked and so it was pretty dry. They don't offer gluten-free buns or bread - bummer. The service was generally prompt, but seemed uncoordinated at times. For example, it seemed our waitress was also handling a very large party outside on the patio, and randomly the hostess would bring us a drink refill (hostess stand was right beside our table). That's good in a way, they are all a team, but she also picked up my plate and silverware after only the first appetizer - mind you they bring everything out as it's ready, so don't expect the whole table to eat together, you are expected to share! When I asked if she could replace my silverware, she grabbed a fork and knife and handed to me, but they weren't rolled in a napkin or anything, just barehanded me some silverware... anyway, I thought that was odd. Overall, the food had some bright spots and perhaps worth a lunch if you are downtown. I probably wouldn't seek it out again, but I'm not mad about the meal we had either.

I spied a table getting ready to leave on the first floor and asked if we could wait for it and the hostess happily agreed (thank you)!! Unlimited mimosa 10/10, music 10/10, our personal service 10/10 (she tried and I don't even think she was a server but was very friendly and accommodating) however customer service/wait times/morale 2/10 because I'm typing this right now and it's 3:39pm 11/16/24 and I just got my wings still waiting on my fries. Reservation made for 2:30pm made it at 2:00pm just now have wings no fries and my cousin still doesn't have her food at 3:40....and to Christopher I've read your replies and you're disgusting!!! So let me help you with your response...I'm NOT broke, I DON'T need anyone to sponsor or fund my activities when I'm on vacation...DO BETTER!!! However the lemon pepper wings and fries (second request first were cold) tasted delicious. Therapy has potential if the customer service from Chris was better and food arrived in a timely manner. Also witnessed multiple tables abandon their orders due to excessive wait time however ALL the staff is amazing!! Update: actually met Chris after our food came and he is a complete jerk in person too. Drugs are bad people! Save your money and eat elsewhere I will never support this establishment again.
