Owner Tim is the BEST, and the brilliant Matt and Dave, who have done most of my installations, are extraordianry. This is such a reliable, fantastic company - the best company of any I have ever dealt with, not just TV and audio. Have just had a 77 inch Panasonic OLED (Panasonic are my favourite company) and I just love it. Matt also tuned all my apps etc before he left. It would have taken me ages. I use MOSS wherever I am in the UK! They are NOT more expensive than other companies, by the way!

They were quick to respond to our initial boiler problem and when it became apparent that we needed to have a new boiler fitted they were able to move very quickly - we only had 2 nights without heating or hot water which I thought was a very good turnaround time. I didn't feel that the cost was unreasonable either despite our desperate circumstances (ie not heating or hot water). We will use them again for on-going boiler servicing and maintenance.

The house we viewed with them was absolutely beautiful, if a little pricey, but we didn't take it due to a short lease. I found the service in Hootons to be pretty good, they were friendly, honest and patient with our indecision, and answered questions readily and straightforwardly.
