I really hate writing negative reviews. Our tech was very nice and patient. However, the…read morepressurized water test done on the waterline didn't show the leak that had formed under the slab. After all the recommended remediation was done to keep the water away from the building, as the tech advised it still didn't fix the issue of water showing up on the floor. We spent thousands on this suggested remediation and felt misled that the issue continued. We called another company Detect-A-Leak to give is a 2nd opinion who did a different type of test with a tracer gas. The result of that test revealed that there was in fact, a small leak in the water supply line under the slab, near the tub. What my research has discovered is that water pressure tests cannot find intermittent leaks at times because pipes expand when pressurized, leak may only open at certain temperatures, or its a micro leak and not large enough yet. Unless you have a very large leak that can be detected using a pressurized water test I recommend you use the tracer gas method.

The CEO and Director committed fraud, infringed and encroached our territory for years. The CEO is not trustworthy. He failed to compensate us for unemployment. He also failed to make the promise to my father to buy back our territory. Lastly I have breached contracts where they failed to make a 50k payment to us a month before termination. After termination the corporate office continued to send us checks for work we performed.....over 20 checks totaling over 10k which bounced when deposited. This company owes my family in excess of 2 million dollars. This is not the integrity of the company we originally purchased. We purchased this territory from the FOUNDER of the company. Don't be fooled by the websites. This CEO had nothing to do with this idea and the growth from 80s to 90s. They have less franchisees now than ever before. Mostly corporate owned. Sort of smoke and mirrors now. This is the integrity of the CEO and his questionable history of non payment since acquiring ALD. In fact he had to make a shady deal with several franchises to buy the system....which seemingly allowed some to prosper while others he decided should fail....this is where infringing and encroachment come into play. The CEO and Director should be under investigation. This is not an American company any longer. They are owned by a company out of London which is involved in privatizing use of water around the world. Do not trust this company. At one time the experience level of the techs was 10 years and more. Today who they send out has 2 years or less. They profit from insurance contracts now. Skims from private owned territories are normal. Lost checks within the system are rampant. There is nothing American about this company. There is conflict of interests between the Director and a franchise. Wake up consumers. The CEO is a politician. My opinion is he should be in jail and paying restitution for the damages he has created Intentionally and willfully. in short. The CEO and Director are chronic liars and will steal the shirt off YOUR back. Unethical. Zero governing. Zero accountability. Zero transparency. Zero faith. The worst experience my family has ever been through. We lost our home, 27 years worth of clients, our reputation, our friends, and most of our relatives due to the terrible ethics and business practices of the corporate office as well as the neighboring Baton Rouge office which was also infringing in our territory. Ended up charging $500 for a camera to be sent through the pipe to diagnose the issue, resolved none of the problems with the toilets. Proceeded to say that all of the piping underneath our home was "rotting", and quoted us $850/foot to replace said pipe. Got a second opinion, had someone else come out from a different company. Ended up simply clearing a bad clog, no issues with pipes like what was previously stated by the Southern Air employee. Unless you're wanting to be up charged 20x the price and have lies spun to you, find somewhere else.
