Amazing place for gelato in SP! I opted for a grande (pretty big) cup. You approach the cashier first and pay for what you want. After that, you get a receipt and proceed around to the glass where you can view the flavors. You can have up to three flavors in one order. I went for the stracciatella and coconut. Both were excellent! It's not cheap, came to around 12 reais, but this is quality stuff! read more

Oh how I love this place! My husband and I used to live very close to the one in Jardins, and I'm glad we moved. Being so close to it was not good for my waistline. The gelato is very fresh and creamy. My favorite flavors are the Sicilian lemon and the coffee. Mmmm, so good! The portion sizes are very generous as well. read more

I was not looking for gelato or sorbet when I came across Stuppendo, however I had been traveling…read morewithout having had anything to eat or quench my hunger / thirst on a hot day. I went in cause no one else was there and I got a cup of three different flavors. - Pitaya c/ laranja - Tangerine - Pistache I wanted it to be fun and playful but the pistachio looked real good so the third flavor was a muted tone. I think I should have added maracujá or morango to the trio instead and then went back for seconds for a trio of pistachio, café, and macadamia, lol. The interior is cute - reminded me of an ice cream parlor or a shop in Europe maybe (though I have never been to Europe, lol). The seating that was near the windows were nice for people watching.
