So I went for the next appt, was not a treatment, it was a consultation, she signed me up for a monthly payment plan, again, with the guarantee this would work. So I went, and when I say it didn't work, it a half an inch loss, not a millimeter of my hanging skin tightened. She kept saying, you should see results really soon, but NOTHING. So eventually I asked for my money back, and they gave me most of it, but not all of it. I texted Bri, I emailed the office manager and they said my first appt was just a consultation, and was not guaranteed or refundable. The office manager emailed me the supposed ad I clicked on, and in extremely small font, it says non refundable. I was on my iPhone when I clicked on AN ad, so clearly if I had to stretch out the image she sent me to see what she was talking about, clearly I did not see it on the ad. Because I can promise you I would not have going to the first appt, and any subsequent appointments. I know it doesn't seem like a lot, but the first visit was $79, and don't forget all my time going back and forth to my appts and the time I was strapped to the machines. I just don't think it is a lot to say, to uphold the word of their tech, their representative. I have a lot of screen shots that say it is guaranteed. And then the most recent ads do not say guaranteed, so be very careful, this is not cheap, and the results are very spotty on if it actually works or not. I guess I will have to take them to small claims court, with all my texts, emails and screenshots. I am not sure about it, but if I have to go out of my way to take them to court, I will be asking for them to pay for my time there, my travel time, the $79 and the $91 court cost. I really don't like dealing with businesses that don't honor their words.

IF you are told that a service is NOT covered and they give you an amount that is due up front, request the CPT code and call your insurance 1st, this goes for ANY provider! In our case, I am a Certified Professional Coder with 25+ years of experience. My husband paid upfront for the services and when we received our explanation of benefits, the Decompression services he received were NEVER billed, so I called our insurance company who stated yes in fact that S9090 is a covered service under our benefits. We arranged a meeting with the office, and requested they bill a corrected claim. 1st response was I don't know how to do that, and the insurance company usually responds better to the patient submitting the claim. Knowing better, I agreed. It took 2 weeks to get from them what they call a "Super Bill" that contains the diagnosis codes, place of service and the Tax ID I needed in order to submit the claim. The claim denied as I knew it would stating please have the provider bill a corrected claim. We called as relayed the message and they said they would let us know. 2 weeks later, we call to follow up and they state they will NOT bill a corrected claim because they will be charged by their billing company. I advised that I will be reporting to CMS and all of my other insurance contacts because this IS CONSIDERED fraudulent billing. The lady got extemely defensive and started arguing and I decided to hang up and just start the greivance process in which I have done with our insurance as well as CMS. I will be submitting my complaints to the rest the insurance companies' provider service reps once I am done posting here, lucky for us, I know them ALL because I was the Contract Variance Coordinator for Memorial Hospital not too long ago. This is extremely poor customer service, and God only know how many people they are screwing over!
