Dr. Rob fixed my lower back issues! When I first went to see him, I could barely walk or stand I was in so much pain. He was gentle and patient with me, and within two visits, my back was in good shape. On the first visit, he did a longer intake session and did some gentle adjustments. He also does craniosacral work, which is a first for me, but I love it! All the follow up sessions have been quick and effective. Since Dr. Rob is a Crossfitter, he was able to suggest movements I was familiar with to get back in shape, and also help me understand what to avoid doing (over-stretching) to make my lower back situation worse. This facility is not a safe place to be during Covid-19. The office staff and the chiropractor were not wearing masks or enforcing other people to wear masks, even though it is required in Santa Cruz County. I would not recommend going here during this time as they are not following the guidelines during the pandemic. Dr Adams worked a miracle on my hip pain! In one visit, my 4 years of pain was significantly reduced and over the last few months my pain is almost completely gone!! I had given up on chiropractic care about 5 years ago, I was actually told by my chiropracter that he couldn't help me anymore, my issues were just getting worse.
