The live music started at 8pm and went until midnight. There were 4 sets with each lasting about 45 minutes. My group lasted until the break after the second set but we had a great time! The music was familiar and people were singing along and dancing. The bar was cozy and decorated for Christmas with colored lights and decorations. Drinks were reasonably priced and our server was very attentive checking on our table frequently. Some in our group arrived hungry without knowing that the Therapy no longer offers kitchen service but food can be ordered from the nearby Varsity with free delivery and it was really good! I would definitely come here again when this band is playing.

Well, that's pretty much what happened after I started seeing Dr. Adam at Behm Muscle and Joint clinic. My sister and brother in law have been seeing Dr. Adam for awhile and now that I have insurance that covers chiropractic care I felt like I had nothing to lose when I was thinking about chiropractic care. Setting up an appointement and filling out the necessary paperwork was a breeze. The clinic website has it set up where you can fill out most of the information online and I think I may have had to sign a few things when I got there but I honestly don't remember because once I started seeing him my muscle pain went away. He starts out asking you a few questions and then determines what the best way to treat you is. At Behm Muscle & Joint I have now had my back adjusted, learned new stretches to help my shoulders and back, had dry needling done and he even scraped my muscles with this medal instrument that looks painful but it wasn't that bad. I love that Dr. Adam goes beyond just adjusting your back, he gives me exercises and stretches to do at home, reminds me how much water I need to drink every day and is always checking in to make sure I'm not feeling pain during my appointment. I have recommended him to one of my friends as well and I know she is finally feeling relief. Dr. Adam and his staff are friendly and welcoming. I'm so happy my sister and brother in law recommended Dr. Adam to me and am amazed at how much better I feel after seeing him. I have a herniated discs that's been bothering me for nearly 7 years and he's helped me get stronger, move properly and helping me get more back to normal. Dalton uses a variety of practices to take care of his patients. When I usually go to a chiropractor in the past, you usually get about two minutes of treatment and then you're gone. When I've done PT, you get more time, but it doesn't really help with spine and hip problems because I need my bones to actually shift. Dalton does both. I get adjusted, but we also work on strengthening various muscles and loosening muscle groups with acupuncture and I know that this combination of chiropractic and movement is what I've been looking for for a long time. I'm looking forward to spending a lot more time with Dalton!
