I have used Backridge for years. Rob is an arborist and works to keep the tree(s)healthy and flourishing for years. His team are professional, courteous, & timely. They cleaned all areas, raked & blew debris, protected my property, and you couldn't tell we had had 7 large trees taken out and ground. They also trimmed the canopy on a number of our very large, high live oaks and those trees look so much better! The tree trimming places without an arborists (which we had unfortunately used, once) do not do such a good job as they are not trained. When Backridge is done you see that the tree looks much better and naturally cut-trimmed--No butchering like their competitors! You won't be disappointed with Backridge! read more

Most friendly and professional service company! I was well informed as to the process and remained comfortable through the whole process. The workmen were swift yet perfectionist with the removal of a large Pine Tree that was growing too close to the roof of my house. I asked to remove the stump. I went out to see where the tree was, a day after the removal!!!! Could not find where it was. They filled the hole so well I could not find it. It was like the tree was never there. I received a notice from my homeowners insurance that I needed to have some trees that were hanging over the house removed . I called Backridge where I was greeted with Robs lovely wife who set me up with a very prompt appointment , the very next week. Rob came out and explained everything in detail twice to ensure I understood everything. He being a very experienced Arborist explained the best way to trim the trees back to avoid damage to the trees itself. His team came out very quickly while I was at work and when I came home everything had been taken care of. We had a tree that was declining and needed to be removed. Having used Backridge in the past with positive results, I called them for an estimate. I expected to have to wait for an estimate and tree removal. They responded promptly with a written, thorough proposal and were able to schedule us for the tree removal within days. The removal included stump grinding, debris removal, and clean-up. They even cleaned off the leaves that had blown on my porch during their work. Trim neighbors trees hanging over my property. The quote to trim a large Magnolia hanging over one side of my property and a large Oak tree hanging over my shed on the back of my property was very reasonable. The crew arrived early on the day I was told they would do the work because we had a bad storm coming. They trimmed both trees and removed all debris within 2 and a half hours and were gone right when the severe weather arrived. Everyone was extremely polite and respectful of my property. Used Backridge in November 2022 to trim several trees that were to close to my roof and would have interfered with a reroof scheduled. They did a great job in removing limbs that their arborist pointed out and where he told them even where to cut. I was just going to follow a straight line above my sidewalk as a cutting guide. Backridge Tree Service came out, quickly, to assess our tree damage from the recent tropical storm. They were able to get the HUGE tree and surrounding damaged trees taken care off and out of our yard without any damages. They cleaned up so well that it didn't even look like any work was even done.
