We were able to meet with her a month or two before our wedding and after laying out the vision and timeline, she and her team were so "on it" in terms of timing and making sure we got the shots we knew that we wanted. As the day went on she was really able to find these and capture such stunning photographs in these small intimate moments, and locations, and ideas, all of which turned out so brilliantly. She provided all of the information about cost, format, etc beforehand with examples of prior photos; discussed background options,etc. The photo session was in her studio where you could easily access the outdoors and have inside photo sessions. It was a comfortable experience. She took many photos and wanted to make sure that you were fully satisfied with your pictures. I am considering coming back for a family portrait at some point. The final results came out roughly a week later with touch ups for any stray hairs, tilted necklaces making the photo a breeze and easier to focus on the overall look rather than knitpick small areas. And we did sign a contract and even paid for the services early. How would we pay for our services and have date saved if we didn't have contract or confirmed booking? Make it make sense. Mind you, we booked/had a meeting in AUGUST of 2023. And yes, a replacement photographer was offered AFTER the wedding had started and our venue was in Benicia. It would've taken them some time to get to our venue with their business being in SACRAMENTO and even IF they would have been able to arrive within 15-30 minutes, they would've missed the getting ready pictures for our bridal party and ceremony. I can't believe this business is trying to pull this stunt about 2 years after the fact to try and save face? This is absolutely disgusting behavior. Again, I would not recommend this business.
