When we requested a refund after going three weeks without service, our calls were ignored, and no effort was made to correct the problem that week. We were charged the full amount despite not receiving the services we paid for. To make matters worse, we never received an apology, an email, or even a returned phone call regarding the missed service. We gave this company several opportunities to make things right, but the lack of communication, accountability, and reliability has been very disappointing.
