I am EXTREMELY pleased Bacon Don's Leather shop! I live in Seattle and drove here because I had heard good things and no one in Seattle seemed to be able to find a solution to my broken lock on my leather purse. Andy at the shop was extremely helpful and told me he would get creative on how to fix the purse, and I left the shop. Not even a week later (maybe less), I get the call to come get the bag. So impressed with the customer service and the quality of work. My boyfriend's daughter had to have her basketball shoes repaired in just a few days before she went to state. I was not sure if they even did this kind of work. I called and they said to bring them in and they would take a look. They were not only kind enough to get them repaired in just a few days but the work they did was amazing. They are kind, prompt, professional, and their shop is very impressive.
