Absolutely an amazing place for service! We have a 2016 Tesla Model S 90 D and had Bad Ass Rides replace the rear suspension with intuitive parts to minimize the uneven rear tire wheel. My wife brought the car in and while she waited, she was treated totally with food, fresh cappuccino, while relaxing in lounge style chairs and big screen tvs everywhere... Thank you! Most of all , thank you for the new ride the Tesla has, perfect alignment with a report showing all is spot on perfect! Only drawback is it's an hour and a half from our home BUT WORTH THE DRIVE!!!! Went to this place because of a recommendation from a neighbor. I had purchased some spotlights and struggled to find someone to install them. Because I was asking everyone, someone finally suggested Badass Rides. Went there expecting to be told that they couldn't do it but was thrilled when Ms. Bobbie went and asked Matt if they could do it and fit me in then & there. When she said they'd do it, I was thrilled beyond words!! I was in and out within an hour with my spots expertly installed by Nick Aspden aka "Red"! This place is extremely busy doing all things auto with all sorts of trucks, Jeeps and little sedans like mine! I spoke to the owner and he sounded professional and had me convinced his shop was better than the rest . We talked price he said he had the parts in stock bring it Monday morning and he would have it finished by the end of the day . I came back at 2 to check in it was still parked where I left it . He said it would be finished before they leave he will call me . I waited till six he had it in the shop wheels off then he said it will be ready first thing in the morning. I told him I am in a rent a car and the car has to be back by 9 am he said don't worry. I come back the next day nothing was done . I spoke to his manager she said they we're waiting on parts so Matt lied to me and said he had the parts . I told her put my rims back in my truck . I am returning the rent a car . So I wasted my money on a rental a day and a half and of my time driving back and forth from the shores to his shop 4 times , he never apologized or offered to pay for the rental . I was going to buy the lift and tires and rims . I would never recommend anyone to deal with this company they are spaying cars inside the building and doing all kinds of work around peoples cara and trucks . I would call 5-6 times before someone would answer the business number. Worst experience I've ever had with a vehicle. Avoid at all cost. I brought my truck in for a lift and new tires/wheels. I brought my own wheels and had they order the tires and lift. Let's just say it took me bringing it back and forth 10 times. They dented my truck, put the wrong tires on, didn't get it aligned correctly. In fact the first time I picked it up after 3-4 days of sitting there they just gave me the keys like it was good to go and I saw nothing was done. Matt...is absolutely one of the most unprofessional individuals I've ever seen. As a matter of fact they were joking about charging a client extra money because it was some sugar momma paying for some young guys vehicle. They are terrible at responding and lie every single time about time frame on work and will give you a million excuses. Worst Custom & Tire Shop in SWFLA. Job: Infinity QX80 four new tires 26" rims. Owner Matt talks a big game that he does 80% of the custom work in SWFLA with 20 years in business. If you want to waste 6 hours of your time and work with someone with low honor, no integrity, and no customer service...go to Badass Rides. Called owner for four new tires and he told me to drive up as he had them in stock (40 min drive). When I get there he only has two tires and then tries to sell me used ones. Says to come back in three days for the other two, but he never orders them. After I call him out, Matt contacts me two days later that he has the tires, I drive up again the following week (after agreeing on a day & time) and he walks by me five times in his waiting room (only one other customer there) and never even acknowledges that I'm there. Not the kind of guy that I want to give my business, so I walk out after 45 minutes of being ignored. This guy is an ass clown and he doesn't have a clue how to run a successful business with repeat customers. Parts are everywhere in the waiting room and the place is a complete disaster. Shame on me for even giving him a second chance, never again & I will spread the word. read more
