UPDATE: Just look at…read morethis businesses response to a former client... the response speaks for itself! Check out all GOOGLE reviews.. not the only one saying the same thing. While I originally gave this firm a 3-star review based on the work alone, I have now adjusted it to reflect the following: I chose to reach back out to this firm on August 18, 2025, because they were already familiar with my case. I took the risk not knowing if their communication had improved. However, they declined to provide further service, citing the fact that I left a Google review noting that while their work itself was fine, their follow-up communication needed improvement. Ironically, this was one of the very few times I actually spoke with Sarah directly and it was only to decline additional paid services because of that review. ____________ Break __________ I've worked with this firm on two separate occasions, and unfortunately, both experiences have been consistently frustrating. While the legal work itself is solid, the communication and follow-through are severely lacking--so much so that the stress of constantly having to chase down updates overshadows the quality of the service. Each time, I had to be the one to follow up repeatedly just to get basic status updates. I was never proactively informed about next steps or what my options were. Emails often went unanswered, and phone calls weren't returned in a timely manner. In my most recent case, it took almost a week of daily attempts before someone got back to me. When I finally did speak with Bryan, I asked, "Have you all washed your hands of the case?"--a fair question considering the lack of contact. His only response was, "That's not very nice,"which came off as dismissive rather than helpful or professional. He then justified not following up with me by saying he hadn't received a response from the landlord's attorney, and that was it--no further communication, no update, and no guidance. It's been nearly four months since I vacated the property, and I still have not received my security deposit. I hired an attorney to help move this process forward, not to feel like I was doing the work on my own. Again, while the legal knowledge may be there, the lack of consistency and client communication makes it not worth the frustration. I would not recommend this firm unless they make serious improvements in how they support and communicate with their clients.

Applications were mailed (which takes forever) with 1) unsigned checks sent directly from the paralegal office 2) name of the business spelled incorrectly 3) wrong info about our business. The founder's helper kept sending me the proof from the Florida website that they had done their job, but she never looked at the words. It clearly said application received, application rejected. The founder kept giving me the wrong info on why the application had been rejected, when it was because one section had not been filled. Half our money was refunded. Why not the whole thing? Who knows. No follow up. I would not recommend.
