Cynthia is the best lash artist I've been to - And I've tried out 7 technicians. I've gone back to her 10+ times and don't have any complaints. $20 deposit PER USUAL for anything you schedule beforehand since time is precious and cancellations happen. The deposit goes towards your total. She is lashing 100% of the time but her response time is still great. To start, she always makes sure you are comfortable upon arriving. The bathroom is readily available and she'll have the heat/AC on depending on the weather. Cutest thing - she always has a candy bowl stocked!! She'll never rush you and will wait if you need to use the restroom, sneeze, etc. During the lashing process, she'll have music playing. Everything is clearly communicated to you - style, length, what she's doing. She's probably the most thorough out of everyone i've gone to. She has great lash isolation - there's no extra glue, no clumping, none attached to the lid. She always primes before lashing and bonds after lashing. Like i said, THOROUGH. At the end, she'll always confirm how you like your lashes and is always receptive to criticism and feedback. The lady loves lashing and wants you to love them too. This not just a job. Even if time is limited, she won't rush and makes sure you feel 100% happy. She always gives me 2 lash spoolies. Overall, Cynthia is very professional, pays attention to detail, and her work is AMAZING. I posted a picture below. She is always consistent. My lashes are still full up to the 3 week mark. My retention is always good but sometimes i have bad allergies so any fall out is really my fault! She's transparent w the state of your lashes - haha she knows i sleep on my left side so it's more bare and i have a bad tendency to burn my lashes from smoking. I usually don't apply eyelashes except for traveling and I went to her for eyelashes and emphasized that I want to go on vacation and I'm only doing it to be comfortable there. And I have a flight in 2 days.she did and Im not at all satisfied with his work Exactly the same day I did it, the front part was almost completely torn off And on the second morning when I woke up, a bunch of it had come out again Almost half of the eyelashes came in the next day, and I took a picture of them and sent it to her and said that this is the time that such a loss has happened and not even 2 days have passed, all my eyelashes have fallen and what should I do for traveling and this is not right. In response, she very rudely wrote that I cannot return the money because I used time and materials And I also wrote that I also had back pain for 3 hours and paid money And i paid money for nothing And that's not fair I emphasized that I want to travel, at least if it stays for a week, I would not complain Give back at least half the money to be fair But she blocked me and didn't reply she didn't even say I'm sorry for such a waste. she works in the back house and im sure she doesn't have cosmetology license and takes $20 deposit from customer and charges extra if you are 5 minutes late and if you cancel it she doesn't return the money , she has set rules for herself, but she doesn't do any professional work, she only takes people's money and does very bad and weak work. she didn't answer my phone and message at all and blocked me very rudely I tried to talk to her politely to come to an agreement But he forced me to write her this review on Yelp so that others would be more careful I'm not satisfied at all and you are taking illegal money. read more

Cynthia is amazing at what she does! Is very easy making an appointment. She is very knowledgeable and very thorough on the pre and post eyelash care. She always check that my lashes are good and nothing is bothering or irritating me after the application which I really appreciate. Besides that she is so sweet, welcoming and easy to talk to. I've don't many natural lashes and most lash artist struggle to give me a full looking lash set but she makes it work !! My lashes always look so full and fluffy and last me up to 2 to 3 weeks.
