This was a compact 24 horse 3 cylinder diesel with mower deck and front loader, very clean only 30 hours even though 10 years old. Salesman Matt was very informative and helpful making sure to answer every question before I made the 1 1/2 hour drive. I tried it around the yard and it seemed fine so I said write it up and Matt hopped on the tractor to drive it over to my trailer, but it didn't seem right to him and thought the garage should look at it first. Jason had been checking out a $600,000 gigantic new harvester, but said sure he could look it over. It seemed starved for fuel so he put a new fuel filter on and slight improvement was seen, so next a new fuel line-not good enough. Jason then puts on a new fuel pump and this does the trick, runs great. Matt was there the whole time running down parts and said the mower deck needed cleaning off after a little fuel leaked on it, so HE power washes it! I asked how much extra I would owe and the response was unreal "nothing leaves here until it's right, we don't want you to have any concerns or problems". Come to find out Jason wasn't just a mechanic, he is the service manager and still didn't mind getting his hands dirty on a little $9,000 tractor helping a first time visitor to his shop. No fancy showroom, no high pressure and nobody tried to up-sell me to new. They operate out of an old farm property complete with barn near 4 Mile & Fruit Ridge. A few old cars and trucks sitting about only add to the atmosphere. If you are lucky enough to meet George you will have a chuckle. Super nice guy with a sense of humor, looks like a cross between Robin Williams and a garden gnome. Loves to talk and knows every nut and bolt on the machines. Found them to be very honest and helpful. When you pay your bill you know you got your money's worth.

The employee walked us all the way back up to the front of the store and showed us the display of gloves. Thumbs up for the help! I always get overwhelmed at these types of stores that seem to have a little bit of everything. I saw toys, clothes, bird seed, tools, and more. It sort of seemed like a Tractor Supply Co crossed with an Ace Hardware store.
