The 2 guys showed up and were in and out in under 30 minutes. They did not treat the dog pee areas and had to come back out a few days later. A week later, the smell is still in the carpet. I called back and talked to possibly the owner, who was extremely rude and how he spoke to me suggested I was a bother to him. I was told that I should get rid of my dog since it is 12 years old. Who suggests this to a customer? My dog has no health issues and acts like a young dog. I just wanted the area treated properly the first time. I had my carpets cleaned 2 years ago by Kettle Moraine Professional Cleaners and I didn't have any issues with dog urine smell. I used Syl's based on suggestions from friends. I will not make that mistake again.

They were on time and came prepared with samples and gave us a quote on the spot. I was so impressed with Lindsey and her team we called them back the next day and gave them the job. After a few weeks I was doubting my color choice, called Fortress up and they came back (on time again), all way from Sheboygan so that I could relook at the color samples. Yep, I changed my mind and they happily put in a change order. On the day they were scheduled to come, once again they showed up on time!!!! The two men came and did a perfect job. They took their time and worked on our floor as if it was their floor...very meticulous! We have had our new floor about a month now and we comment on happy we are with it daily!
