Ombergs Golf is a very nice, quiet and peaceful resort right next to a humongous lake. It has a…read morevery extended golf court, several buildings to accommodate guests, a golf shop, and restaurant/venue to cater get-togethers. Ombergs Golf hosted the wedding of my friends and we had a blast. It felt like we were at a beautiful, kind of isolated place, with an amazing view. All guests stayed overnight and we were conveniently accommodated in two buildings. This made bonding with and finding other wedding guests so much easier. Ombergs Golf arranged a perfect dinner set up, and afterwards we had access to a separate bar and dancing floor. This was one of the nicest hotels I stayed at to be honest. It was actually nothing special; there was hardly any decoration, they kept it clean and simple. I guess that's why the room and bathroom looked so incredibly spacious. No carpet but wooden floors! Yay! This made it feel so clean. Double layered curtains, a very modern and contemporary designed bathroom (simple and clean), and super comfortable beds with very nice pillows and sheets, and a very convenient closet, including a great full-size mirror (I think this is a must!). It all felt brand new and clean. We didn't play golf but I'd definitely love to return here to play some!
