Well the waitress quickly reverted to Tagalog of which I am not fluent. I then requested someone who could explain the situation to me. In comes "the manager" and I use that term quite loosely. This manager saunters over. Not walked but kind of swayed as she appeared to be inebriated. Allow me to share that upon entrance to this restaurant the manager was perched at the bar with two men. She was at all times at the bar loud, woozy as evidenced by her landing in one of the men's laps quite often. This while she appeared to have her left hand permanently affixed in his general crotch area. She was observed consuming multiple drinks and climbed up on the bar counter more than once.
