Breakfast is typical for turkey - yummy bread, jam, marmalade, eggs, cheese, cucumber, watermelon, tea, coffee and juice. To be honest I only got up once for the breakfast, but I would recommend it to others! (not a morning person meself). It's served between 8am and 10am. If you go to Dalyan definitely try the Patio Hotel restaurant for a meal, it was the best place I ate. Highly recommended are: Sea bass, clay pot kebab (similar to a casserole but a little but of spice) and leg of lamb. Staff are really friendly, sometimes over friendly as is the way in Turkey :-). The owners were fab and really helpful. Cleaning lady it fantastic. She's deaf but take the time to talk to her - she is very good at signing so that anyone can understand. The 2nd time I went my room was cleaned every day! I have read many bad reviews for this hotel but I'd recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful with an average size pool and clean bathrooms :-).

The rooms are very nice, with a wonderful view, and the breakfast is excellent. The staff are fantastic! (At around 5pm, they will bring you tea and home-made cake. We didn't know about this at all; just discovered it one day.) The wifi worked intermittently -- it was good enough overall, but you can't really count on the wifi to work when you need it, so plan accordingly. Another negative is that all of us got splinters from the wooden jetty. Not just a few splinters, but 15-20 per foot. You'll want to wear flip flops at all times! Overall, Losta Sahil Evi is like a piece of paradise. This is partly because of the efforts of the owners and staff, but also because of its location. Selimiye is a really special town and the hotel is at just the right distance from it: not in the center, but only a very short walk (by the waterfront) away. Apparently, Selimiye gets quite crowded in the summer, so you may want to plan your visit during the off-season.

You can do everything from tennis, aerobics, pool games, water sports etc. There is a good kids club which my children loved, the entertainment staff in Turkey always seem to be much better than in places like Spain and the Canaries' The rooms were spacious, we had all four of us in one room and it was ok. Most tour operators go here half board but you can purchase all inclusive option if you want which we did and found to be worth it. That said the bars and restaurants that are within easy walking distance were all very reasonably priced. One last thing, have a Turkish bath when you get there it is an experience not to be missed!

After a quick search online found this gem. The hotel is 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes drive to the beach, located in the town of Sarigerme. Beach is a short drive away. $5 fee gets you and your car into the beach area, and another $5 gets you couple of lounges and an umbrella. $50/day windsurfing nearby was a plus. There are showers and a small cafe serving very affordable beer and snacks. The hotel has really nice decorations, a nice private pool with lounges, nice soft music throughout. Simple and efficient rooms with A.C. Very nice owners trying to accommodate every little wish. Excellent breakfast included, including many types of cheeses, jams, breads and such. Dinner menu is great. Probably the best cheese plate I've had for $12. Clientele mixed; local families with kids to European couples. and best of all; Quiet.. Sarigerme, is a tiny town with few shopping and food options

The included breakfast is a large spread of both hot and cold items along with a chef to make eggs. My critiques are that first and foremost the wifi is unreliable, disconnects frequently, and is slow. Secondly, they don't provide an invoice at checkout, instead mailing it out later. Finally, the room itself could use more lighting.
