We arrived around 9:15 and there was a line of about ten people ahead of us. The line was very slow moving but we were very patient. Once we got to the front of the line an older bald employee asked me what I wanted. I told him an everything bagel sandwich with eggs and cheese. He grabbed my bagel and went into the back. While he was gone I told another employee I also needed a medium coffee. When the older bald employee returned he was very angry that someone else got my coffee. He was also annoyed that my daughter's order was taken by a different employee. Clearly, customer service is not a first priority here. The food was fine but was overshadowed by the ordering process and unfriendly customer service.

I wanted a mini bagel and I noticed they have different flavors of cream cheese so I was leaning toward olive cream cheese. There was a line so I had a chance to glance at the menu and I did see they have mini bagels but it didn't indicate what kind. When the cashier asked me what I would like to order, I asked for a mini bagel I was informed they only have plain. I don't like plain bagels it would have been nice that was indicated on the menu instead of me standing on line.

If you are ordering a lot of bagels, be prepared for back-up options because although they are constantly making the bagels on the premise, popular options do run out and you may have to wait 15min for a new batch.

MB has a different owner and the quality in my opinion has gone south. The bagels now are bigger but are way too dough. I recently purchase a pound of lox cream cheese and there was barely 2 or 3 little oueces of fish in the pound of cream cheese. The sausage, egg and cheese and bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwiches leaves a lot to desire. My kids now get all their breakfast sandwiches from Orlando's. When it comes to our hankering for yummy bagels, we go out of our way and hit Munsey Park Bagels on Northern Blvd. MPB has a wide variety of freshly made bagels. They have the freshest lox, veggie, scallion and jalapeno cream cheese available anywhere. In fact you actually taste the delicious smoky lox in every schmear and bite. Their tunafish salad is to die for and is always fresh and reminds me of the tunafish salad my mom used to make when I was growing up. The only thing better than the food at Munsey Patk Bagel are the people who work there!
