    Bagel Bagel, Egg, and Cheese

Very tasty bagels. I ordered my bagel to go so I didn't notice that they gave me a bagel egg and cheese instead of just a bagel and egg. Not the end of the world of course, but a surprise. I got the hazelnut coffee and while it felt very watery, it had great flavor. I also grabbed two bagels and some smear: LOVE the jalapeño smear. The cinnamon raisin bagel and strawberry bagel were both really good.

Excellent tasting bagels. I need to return and try the other flavors. There is plenty of seating inside. Fast friendly service and hot coffee is available.

I had bagel street cafe at work and it really delivered. First, the variety of bagels available was incredible: classics like everything, poppy, sesame while also throwing in one of my favorites: a salt bagel! It is very hard to find outstanding bagels in the bay, but Bagel St Cafe was very very good and memorable. They also have a variety of cream cheeses, we got: Blueberry, Lox Schmear, sun dried tomato and garlic, and garden veggie. I tried all of them and again, the flavors are great and they were not too sweet/grainy at all. I was happy with the organization of the to go order. I would highly recommend a visit. If this is to go, I bet a fresh bagel there would hit so hard!!

I've walked by this Bagel shop probably 30 times and never stopped in since bagels hardly ever seem worth the calories, BUT when the bagel craving strikes it was the first shop that popped into my mind! First off, supporting local is always on my mind AND because this place is located in the best location ever. If you are ever running any errands - safeway, trader Joe's, walgreens, usps, Paris baguette, petfood express, starbucks..LITERALLY everything is in this plaza! It is sooo convenient to stop here with the kid in tow, grab a coffee/snack, and get your errands taken care of! This bagel shop is pretty nice - lots to see around the counter when making your selection. Service is fast, even during the morning rush. I ordered: 1. Blueberry Bagel with strawberry cream cheese - the shockingly red/pink strawberry cream cheese definitely make me hesitate because it looks sooo artificial (would definitely recommend they chill on the red food coloring if that's an option), but thankfully it didn't taste like it looks! 2. Cheddar Jalapeño Bagel with scallion cream cheese - this is so basic, yet SO good every time. I don't know why I ever stray from this order the. Both were toasted and perfect with a hot coffee for a winter morning breakfast! Definitely too much cream cheese in both, but I have no qualms giving the extra a good ole scrape-off!

Kiddo and her friends got a variety of bagels. Around downtown Millbrae, I would say this is pretty high schoolers friendly, besides boba shops of course. The Millbrae Special comes out to $13 with tax. You can choose your bagel and cream cheese. They could've been more generous with the lox but the whole thing was pretty tasty.

I tend to go to Bagel Street at least once a month. Service is always friendly and quick, bagels are delicious. I've never had a bagel I didn't like. Today I had the sliced lox sandwich on a jalapeño bagel. If I'm hosting a brunch, I typically get a bakers dozen and their in house cream cheese. Always a hit. Plenty of seating available. They offer free wifi and also have a reward point system - just enter your phone number at the register :)

Asked for toasted, not burnt.. tasted bitter, not very enjoyable, maybe I'll ask for non toasted next time

Missing avocado again. At this point, I think they do it on purpose to avoid cost. Paying $12+ and they can't get it right.

THE 1 STAR IS STRICTLY FOR ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES, ONE OF THE SISTERS: One of the sisters is super sweet & nice, I love when she is working! The other one on the other hand... she is NASTY & responds very rude to customers. I've encountered it several times now trying to let it slide but it's out of hand & hence this long awaited review.... CUSTOMER SERVICE DEFINITELY CAN RUIN A BUSINESS. I'd suggest the business owners have a talk to her about her personality and mood. One time she talked about my elderly father & made him feel bad - he didn't want to come back and said she's mean. Another time I asked her a simple question about a donut and felt like I was being scolded by my mom about frickin donuts! Talk about kill joy... who gets riled up about donuts?! She just is miserable and her negative energy & facial expression exudes - "I hate being here" Contemplating after today's instance of her taking the knife to open the donut box and rudely show me about my donut selection instead of just validating my order, that this is the last time dealing with her nasty attitude. It'll be disappointing if this is my last time supporting this business despite how good their donuts are, but customers shouldn't start their mornings or afternoons with a RUDE & MISERABLE EMPLOYEE, PERIOD. Sending her warmth because she definitely could use some

My pork chop dinner included soup or salad, slice of toasted and buttered sourdough, potatoes or rice, vegetables and choice of dessert. All for just under $30 before tip. The meal was as expected for a '60s coffee shop. Salt is the dominant seasoning. The turkey and rice soup was a smart way to use leftover ingredients. The boiled red potatoes were good. The two thin pork chops were supposedly marinated, but I couldn't tell from tasting them. They were over cooked--dry, tough and needed some herbs. DH had the cheeseburger with potato salad and praised the meal. He also devoured my dessert--ice cream with chocolate sauce. Service was friendly and efficient, making me want to return. Next time I'll have something like a sandwich or burger.

Sweet Mary mother of God, something has gone terribly wrong in the chain of command at the SFO…read moreNoah's. It's one of those cases of over-computerization that has completely mechanized the minds of those poor workers. They remain caught in an automated bagel web of paper receipts that has entirely replaced their basic human faculty of common sense. A line of 4 people took 15 minutes to get through. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel, untoasted with cream cheese on the side. One would expect the cashier woman to reach back onto the bagel shelf, toss me a bagel, a Solo plastic mini cup o' cream cheese, and bid me adieu. Five seconds at the most. Au contraire... She laboriously types the order into the computer, prints it out, hands it to another guy who tapes it above the back counter next to 3 other order slips. I wait. And wait. And wait. Meanwhile, they call another order. A girl - one of the 4 people now waiting - walks up but doesn't have her yellow paper. "I need the Yellow Paper!" shrieks the totalitarian puppet. It's obviously no one else's order. The girl gives an exasperated sigh, digs obediently in the trash circle cut into the counter top like one of those eskimo fishing holes, and finds her paper. She hands it to the woman, who rewards her with a frightening plastic smile. During many more minutes of the same, I clutch my yellow paper ready to thrust it at the woman and make it to my gate on time. When my order is called, I grab the white paper bag and run. Mid-run, I find they've sliced the bagel and slathered 2 inches of cream cheese in the middle, which I will later wipe down to an acceptable thickness. Computers have streamlined local and global systems in amazing ways, but I think the good people at Noah's should realize that some processes are better managed the old-fashioned way. They do a disservice to both their customers and their employees when they don't trust their workers to think for themselves. Noah's isn't the only offender, but they happened to catch me at a particularly disgruntled moment.
