    Bagel Bagel, Egg, and Cheese

Very tasty bagels. I ordered my bagel to go so I didn't notice that they gave me a bagel egg and cheese instead of just a bagel and egg. Not the end of the world of course, but a surprise. I got the hazelnut coffee and while it felt very watery, it had great flavor. I also grabbed two bagels and some smear: LOVE the jalapeño smear. The cinnamon raisin bagel and strawberry bagel were both really good.

Excellent tasting bagels. I need to return and try the other flavors. There is plenty of seating inside. Fast friendly service and hot coffee is available.

I had bagel street cafe at work and it really delivered. First, the variety of bagels available was incredible: classics like everything, poppy, sesame while also throwing in one of my favorites: a salt bagel! It is very hard to find outstanding bagels in the bay, but Bagel St Cafe was very very good and memorable. They also have a variety of cream cheeses, we got: Blueberry, Lox Schmear, sun dried tomato and garlic, and garden veggie. I tried all of them and again, the flavors are great and they were not too sweet/grainy at all. I was happy with the organization of the to go order. I would highly recommend a visit. If this is to go, I bet a fresh bagel there would hit so hard!!

Asked to cut in half but didn't.

Stopped by Bagel Street Cafe and ordered a baker's dozen of bagels. For that quantity, I was expecting them to be packed in a box, but instead everything was stuffed into a thin brown paper bag, which felt careless and not great for keeping the bagels protected or fresh. I also specifically asked for the bagels to be cut in half, and the staff said they would do it. But when I got home, none of them were cut. It's a small request, but when it's acknowledged and then ignored, it's frustrating. The bagels themselves were fine, but the lack of attention to basic packaging and order accuracy really took away from the experience. For the price and reputation, I expected better execution.

I've walked by this Bagel shop probably 30 times and never stopped in since bagels hardly ever seem worth the calories, BUT when the bagel craving strikes it was the first shop that popped into my mind! First off, supporting local is always on my mind AND because this place is located in the best location ever. If you are ever running any errands - safeway, trader Joe's, walgreens, usps, Paris baguette, petfood express, starbucks..LITERALLY everything is in this plaza! It is sooo convenient to stop here with the kid in tow, grab a coffee/snack, and get your errands taken care of! This bagel shop is pretty nice - lots to see around the counter when making your selection. Service is fast, even during the morning rush. I ordered: 1. Blueberry Bagel with strawberry cream cheese - the shockingly red/pink strawberry cream cheese definitely make me hesitate because it looks sooo artificial (would definitely recommend they chill on the red food coloring if that's an option), but thankfully it didn't taste like it looks! 2. Cheddar Jalapeño Bagel with scallion cream cheese - this is so basic, yet SO good every time. I don't know why I ever stray from this order the. Both were toasted and perfect with a hot coffee for a winter morning breakfast! Definitely too much cream cheese in both, but I have no qualms giving the extra a good ole scrape-off!

I have been coming to Bagel Street in Millbrae for years and they are always quick and tasty. I love the selection of bagels and drink and the toppings or Sammie's you can order. My personal favorite too is a good bagel dog which they always deliver on! The shop is roomy to sit and enjoy and large to not feel crowded. Today's combo was Asiago, cream cheese, bacon and cucumbers! Chef's or should I say Creator's kiss!

Kiddo and her friends got a variety of bagels. Around downtown Millbrae, I would say this is pretty high schoolers friendly, besides boba shops of course. The Millbrae Special comes out to $13 with tax. You can choose your bagel and cream cheese. They could've been more generous with the lox but the whole thing was pretty tasty.

I love this place! It has cheap bagels and theyre so good. Ive gooten a bag dog and the garlic bagel. Both are really good and really filling. Its a cute place with a lot of seating and never tok crowded.

I tend to go to Bagel Street at least once a month. Service is always friendly and quick, bagels are delicious. I've never had a bagel I didn't like. Today I had the sliced lox sandwich on a jalapeño bagel. If I'm hosting a brunch, I typically get a bakers dozen and their in house cream cheese. Always a hit. Plenty of seating available. They offer free wifi and also have a reward point system - just enter your phone number at the register :)

Asked for toasted, not burnt.. tasted bitter, not very enjoyable, maybe I'll ask for non toasted next time

Missing avocado again. At this point, I think they do it on purpose to avoid cost. Paying $12+ and they can't get it right.

We also grabbed a couple of new items to try later, including the Sauerkraut Pretzel and the Passionfruit Danish cuz I'm a sucker for anything passionfruit. We opted to eat a couple of things there. The breakfast sandwich was super indulgent and enjoyable, featuring a perfectly runny egg. To drink, the Fig Leaf Latte was really nice with a subtle, distinct coco-nutty flavor profile, slightly sweetened and well balanced . But, once I got there inflation kicked it up to $18. Not the biggest difference to deter, but just letting everyone know the real price. I got pancakes, eggs, hash browns, and bacon (depicted). The eggs were good, pancakes were very good, hash browns were okay, and the reason for 4 star instead of a 5.... the bacon. The bacon wasn't crispy and cooked to order. We were warmly welcomed by a very friendly and passionate staff member, who might have been the manager or owner--I'm not entirely sure. He patiently answered all our questions in depth and made great suggestions. We each ordered different entrees, and I chose a combo plate which comes with one protein, one vegetable, and two sides. I opted for salmon as my protein, and mixed grains and black beans as my sides. My meal was tasty, filling, and nutritious. Everyone in my group also felt the same about their entrees. MQ Healthy Food offers plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor. I highly recommend it!

So let me start by saying this was my second visit here and I guess I didn't leave a review the…read morefirst time. The first time I came was about a year ago when it first opened and was remodeled and I was not impressed for the price point so I never came back. Recently some friends said they really liked it, so I thought why not give it another try? I have to say, I really did like it and they changed up their menu so that it was reasonable and you order from the menu the way you want eat. For example, pick a salad; or a salad and a protein; or a salad, protein and two sides. There is a lot of versatility so you should be able to get something for everyone. I got the apple salad and the chicken cutlet (really a chicken katsu). Felt like it was a nice combination of healthy and a little bit bad so a good compromise hahahah. The lady at the front counter was very nice and explained how the menu worked since I was initially confused. There is a sign saying they don't expect a tip because they want you to come back and they make the tip screen disappear quick so you don't feel guilty but there is a cash tip jar if you want to leave a tip. Lol. Still some pressure but not as much! The restaurant has a nice soft ambient lighting. Since you pick up your own food from the counter and help yourself to water you don't feel rushed to eat and run. So why the 3 stars since it sounds like I enjoyed it? Honestly, and I hate to say this, but it's cuz the people putting the your food on the plate (you can watch them) either didn't have gloves on or had one glove on but moved things on the plate with the ungloved hand. Fixing this would make the place 4 stars. I'm hoping when I go back I will see this because I do plan to go back!
