Born in Sydney Australia, I am an adventurer and sailed away from Oz in 1970, with a six months old baby on board with an American husband to explore the South Pacific. I am an Australian and also a British RN, Midwife and have a thoracic degree....
After spening 25 years in Micronesia, the Kingdom of Tonga, and Pago Pago, American Samoa, where we had earthquakes, hurricanes, tsunami's - life wasn't exciting enough so we moved to the Big Island where they have all of these things + we live on the slopes of an active volcano and LOVE it here! Perfect climate! rural, big wide open spaces, sparse population and great friends.
