Our go to pho spot in the area! Quality is good and service is fast! We always eat in, but I usually see people do pick up/take out. The brisket pho, lemongrass beef banh mi (sandwich), and a Thai iced tea are always what I order! I really wanted to like this place because of the great reviews, but unfortunately that wasn't the case for me. The short lady taking orders was quite rude. No hospitality whatsoever. I greeted her with, "Hello, how you doing?" A simple hello back would've shown some kindness, but instead I got a flat, "What can I get you?" Even after I said thank you when she took my order, there was no response. As I sat and waited for my food, a few more customers came in to order and pick up, and she treated every single one of them the same way. If you hate your job that much, just quit. I'm sure someone out there would be grateful to take your position. Now to the food. I ordered brisket pho and the broth was too sweet--likely from too much rock sugar. I tried adding condiments like chili sauce and fish sauce, but it was still too sweet. I would've been okay with that, however, when I got home my stomach immediately started hurting and I ended up with diarrhea. The owner is such a sweet women. The front lady was such a good vibe. Such sweet welcoming. Lots of places are not given enough credit. I hope this post will boost their business. I don't usually write reviews but I felt I had to for this. I've been here a handful of times and every time was usually good, but this time I got a sandwich to go and what I got was a soggy mess. Honestly this doesn't even look like banh mi. They put wayyy too much sauce and everything was just wet and falling apart. Also there was barely any cucumber, cilantro, or jalapenos. It looks nothing like the pictures so I think that whoever is making the sandwiches should get trained better. I made it here with my Mom. She treated me for Pho and later i ordered a Banh mi sandwich to go. I got their Bistro signature Banh Mi. As for our Pho we both ordered the Signature bowl. The broth is pretty good. Deep delicious broth. There's only three kinds, steak, Meatball or brisket. Not bad. I'll return to try their other stuff. Really impressed with the quality of food and drinks received as well as the service. The bahn mi's we tried were #1 and #2 the special with pork roll and char sui and the grilled pork. Both were great, we especially enjoyed the baguette. All ingredients were extremely fresh. We also tried a bowl of special pho with all 3 meats. We had it all to go and I was happy with the way they pack everything. Also tried one boba drink a slushy strawberry which was good. They have a very extensive drink selection which Id like to try a few more in the future. I'd definitely go back for the bahn mi and pho and would be excited to try other items on their menu as well. Came in for the Soft Opening!!! Cute Spot! Everyone was so nice. We ordered Banh Mi Thit Nuong it was really good. My mom could not stop talking about this place, so she took me to check it out. First impression... it's super cute and the menu is expansive and full of all my favorite things! We ordered the Bistro Signature sandwich and I got a Thai Tea with boba. The sandwich was pretty good and the bread was nice and crispy. Jalapenos were also fresh and spicy! The thai tea was good, I asked for 50% sugar, but I wasn't a fan of the boba. It was very soft like it was overcooked. I previously worked at a boba shop for over a year, so I'm a little picky about my boba. Overall, I think it's a cute place and I'd love to go back and try some more items on their menu! read more

Came for their soft opening a with my husband and as soon as you enter you are welcomed by everyone in the restaurant and the place looked so cute and friendly to sip on some delicious boba tea. We ordered two bahn mi sandwich's and they were good, but the one thing I would complain about was the bread being extremely toasted that every bite scraped my gums. Next time I would just request the bread not to be overly toasted. I also ordered the Thai tea which was absolutely delicious and my husband got the mangonada. He couldn't finish his drink while we were there because it was a slushy, so after we got home it watered down he said it was more enjoyable to drink. I ordered during one of the first days of opening and this was so good. Fresh bread, fresh vegetables, and seasoned meat. Safe to say I left no crumbs. Servers are nice and speak Vietnamese if you wanted to know. The inside is a soft yellow that makes me feel welcomed! I'm a regular customer and eat here quite often. But today was the worst experience ever, I arrived with my coworkers for lunch as I am an educator. I ordered the number 4 and asked for information about the milk tea. She couldn't answer any of my questions. I ordered the lemonade instead. The front cashier took my order and I kindly paid. Thirty minutes later my coworkers ate and finished their food. I still didn't have my food. I went to the bathroom when I left the bathroom a bowl of soup (Pho) was on the table. I told the cashier that I didn't order the pho. I ordered number 4. Then the cashier goes and tell her coworkers I said pho . I said," no, I ordered the number 4. I said, if I ordered pho then why did you charge me for the number 4. She never apologized for the mistake and kept blaming me for the mistake. Later on in the day, I called the restaurant and asked for the manager. I explained my situation long and behold the manager was the cashier that didn't take my order correctly. She remembered the situation and told me that it's not her fault that Baguette Bisto didn't train her. I just hung up because this is going no where. I love the restaurant but don't love it enough to put up with this. I'll be back to the restaurant once the manager/cashier is gone because with an attitude like this . She will be fired due to a lot of complaints that I witnessed myself today. She don't know anything and her explanation for everything is I'm new and it's not my fault I did receive any training.
