The staff, will understand English, but not speak it too well, but you can make each other understand. They will reccomend a nice wine to compliment whatever you choose to eat. Restaurant on site is great for dinner, flavorful and inventive. The restaurant changes into the breakfast buffet in the morning which is a wide spread of typical Spanish breakfast - dried meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit and pastries.
