Yummy.... they make the picadilly just like home. We showed up at the end of the night and they still made us perfect shaved ice.

Took 3 people to figure out how to put our order in the cash machine. We just got 2 BABY snow cones with cream & one soda. On the second snow cone it didn't have cream & I told them they forgot it & they said whoever took your order didn't put it on there. I told each worker that was there for cream & they said you did? & I said yes 3 times with each one of y'all. they said they had to do the whole order over again. Just went with my Mom, Aunt, cousin, & daughter and we bought 5 snow cones. I always order grape with pickles and super sour sand. The pickles were not put in. I called to tell them and the girl claimed to be the Mgr and was rude. She stated she put the pickles in herself and got loud with me. I asked for her name and she said no and hung up on me. I wouldn't recommend getting the açaí bowl. It was very soupy. Not a smooth consistency at all. It came in a cup because they ran out of bowls. They ran out of strawberries so i had to choose either more banana or granola. It had a pretty good taste but not worth $10 read more

3 stars only because of Ms. Alizondo (I think) seeing the disappointment in my and my husband's face and offering to help. We ordered a strawberry colada with cream and an oreo cookies and cream smoothie. We got the strawberry colada with NO cream and a oreo cookies and cr3am sno cone....gross. My face instantly turned and although she didnt take our order she offered to help. She re made his drink and her customer service made us feel better, while 6 other young women stood around talking. I forgot to mention that we qere in line at least 20 minutes and when we got to the window we saw why. No one was working. We were visiting my in-laws in Texas City, so I decided to take my three children to Bahama Buck's. We usually go to the League City location but have been to several locations throughout the state. I ordered four baby flat tops. When I received them, they were in baby cups. I told them that every other Bahama Buck's I had gone to put the baby flat tops in a small cup because that's what the menu states is how a flat top will be served. By putting them in a baby cup, I am missing half the snow cone that I'm paying full price for. The ladies there said they only up size if it's requested. I then asked them if they could upsize my snow cones so that I was getting the full amount I was paying for. They said because they had already handed me the snow cones that I could not do that. This seems ridiculous to me. Why is this the only location that I have to request this service? At that point, should they not have tried to fix the problem rather than tell me it was too late? I realize it's snow cones, and in the big scheme of life, it's not a big deal. However, paying $16 and receiving much less than I should have with no attempt to fix the problem, when I nicely asked is very frustrating. read more

We drive 20 minutes all the time. Just have their snow cones. They make the BEST snowcones. Every flavor is true to taste. Their sugar free isn't so great. But, everything else is awesome. My new favorite is sour patch kid & Strawberry with piccadilly. It's totally worth the drive. I'm hoping they will open one in League City. read more

Unprofessional staff, slow drive thru service, the entire place is ran by children. Don't honor their own punch cards, nor do they know how to calculate simple math. There are other locations in the Houston area that claim to have Hawaiian shaved ice but then disappoint when all they serve is a snow cone with crushed ice.
