There are bench press tables, one squat rack, a chin up bar and various nautilus machines. I didn't use the cardio machines but there seems to be a good amount of them. 10 euros for a day pass wasn't bad at all. They just needed an identification card.

The only thing I found to be missing was medicine balls. However, it is about 4 Euros more expensive (day rate) than it's nearest rival. I guess this is because they have a pool.

We spent a month in Madrid and joined Fisico to keep in shape. What a lovely gym. It was easy to…read morejoin and the dues were fair. We decided to do personal training a few days a week and got paired with Fran. I think possibly because Fran also speaks English as we do. Fran was excellent to work with. He was always smiling and motivating to keep us involved with our workouts. We enjoyed going to the gym for our workouts... even if we did feel a little tired afterwards some days. On the days without personal training the variety of equipment is first class! Also it's not highly busy so you can always lift weights or get on an aerobic machine without any wait. We highly recommend Fisico and highly recommend Fran for your personal training!
