I'd normally order the same thing - one piece of fish, minimum chips and two potato scollops - because once you find something that works, you stick with it. I went to visit Wagga this year, and it was everything I remembered. Certainly the best chips on the market, great crispy batter on the scollops and fish (and a huge apology to those that like their batter soft or squishy - this is not for you). The food was tasty enough, but food which I have previously eaten hot (at other Mexican fast food places both in the USA and in Australia) was today served at room temperature. I'm not sure why that is, but it didn't win any brownie points with me. My drink was barely cold, and on this warm day, didn't stay cold for long. The redeeming feature of the restaurant for me today was the service by the two people who were "on duty". They were patient, friendly, and helpful. I have never seen this place more than half full. Today I understand why.
