The ticket office employees were much nicer and quite a bit more helpful. Every door in the station is open so it's quite a bit chilly and you have to pay 1€ to use the restroom. There is a top floor, where they have a convenience store, a McDonald's, another fast casual restaurant, and other stores. This one of the better train stations in Germany!
