I met Bill under very stressful circumstances. I had never had to bail anyone out before and had no idea where to start. He walked me through all the steps and even offered to come meet me and lead me back to his office, when I had difficulty with my GPS. He was able to get my son out the same day and followed up with me several times to let me know what was happening and when he would be released.
