Alicia was awesome to deal with that's why I'm putting 3 stars. This morning I spoke with Ken after I was sent a text message saying my bond was past due. This was a mistake and I had proof to show that I spoke with another Ken(which I didn't know there was 2 of them) that Ken had a manly voice and he set me up on a contract that was signed by both parties that had me paying a combined payment on the 23rd of this month. So I was trying to explain to this new Ken who sounded like a women over the phone(no attack intended) that there was a mistake somewhere. This new Ken was extremely rude and didn't want to listen to me. He said I was supposed to make 3 payments in the month of September not 2. I said well I have a signed contract that the other Ken sent me and it stated that there was only 2 payments for this month as 2 payments got combined into 1. This new Ken kept saying I am Ken I am Ken and yelling at me when I did absolutely nothing wrong and was simply trying to figure out what the heck was going on as I still didn't know there were 2 Kens. Finally the new Ken tells me you spoke to night shift Ken and I'm day shift Ken. I was like ok well there's the issue. This new Ken was totally unprofessional and standoffish and the reason he gave for being that way was he had just barley got into the office. What kind of excuse is that. If you don't like your job then find a different one that allows you to yell at people and not be cordial. I explained to this New Ken if you would just hear me out and put yourself in my shoes you would understand why I'm confused and now frustrated. I don't know who the day shift and night shift pesonal are. I simply know that I spoke with a Ken with a manly voice who setup a payment plan with me that included my combined payment on the 23rd of this month. So when I got the text saying I was late with my payment obviously I'm going to call in to figure out the confusion. My freedom depends on it. I didn't know that I was going to encounter another Ken who sounded like a women(thought she was impersonating the other Ken I setup the payment plan with) and who had an obvious attitude on full display and suggesting I was wrong as far as the payment arrangement went. The new Ken hung up on me. I called back and the new Ken said she would hang up on me again. This is so unprofessional! I have the signed agreement from the original Ken that clearly shows the due date being the 23rd of this month (not the 8th) for the 2 combined payments. I know we all have bad days I've been experiencing them myself like today but that shouldn't effect your job to the point you become unapproachable and have a horrible attitude on something you shouldn't have an attitude on. If this new Ken would've simply heard me out then he would've been able to explain that you probably talked to the night shift Ken and yes he does sound a lot more manly then me so I can see the confusion. Then looked up in the system to see the arrangements that were made via a signed contract. Then offered an apology maybe and said sorry for the confusion you're good to go until the 23rd of this month. It's hard to find people who treat others the same way they would want to be treated now a days! Thank you Alicia for being awesome! Ken(the day shift one) needs a sit down and a conversation on how to show a little customer service and learn how to hear people out before trying to jump down their throats. I hope the call was recorded as it stated when calling so the higher ups can review the call and see how easy the call could've went if Ken would've simply listened to what my issue was before suggesting that I had always just talked to him and not the other night shift Ken.. read more
