My quest was to find a print shop in the Monterey/Salinas area that could do a walk in project that…read morewas a two sided color complicated 8x8 document on cardstock that had to be done that morning. I had the project as a pdf. Once we got the pdf. to the copymat computer, the person there worked hard at changing the format to fit the 8x8 size and produced the final result, which was beautifully trimmed to exactly 8x8. At the beginning, he had asked how many copies I wanted and I had said one, and his shoulders sank. But he still spent about 15-or 20 minutes inputting the specs, testing by printing and adjusting. When he thought it was just rignt, he gave it to me. said I said it was beautiful. As we went over to the register, I asked how much it would cost, he rang it up and said, $1.02. I said, that can't be right! He said, you're right, it was double sided. That would will be $2.03. I paid the money, and walked out to my car and then came back to him and said that I just couldn't do that and gave him a good tip. You just can't beat that kind of know how, attention to detail, and service to the customer. I will always recommend Copymat for all printing needs.

These folks are absolutely AMAZING!! My sister was arrested on a charge she was sentenced for a year and a half ago. All this happening the day my mother is set to go out of town on a trip that, had been canceled, would have cost hindreds of dollars. Even though these folks knew my sis had a good chance of getting ORed directly from booking, they were still more than helpful. They went out of their way to speak to me and my mom both multiple times throughout the 24 hours Monterey County was dragging their feet. They assured us all would be fine all the while knowing they may not make a dime from our family. They even took care of my sisters purse and car keys until she was booked and released. AND went to the jail to pick her up and gave her a full refund for the down payment we had given. Noemi, Judith and Alex you guys are all AMAZING. Your professionalism and stead fast speedy reactions to this situation are second to none. I WILL DEFINITELY WITHOUT HESITATION BE REFERRING THEM TO ANYONE IN NEED OF THEIR SERVICES!! I have never been throught the process of bailing soneone out. For a first time experience the young lady Noemi Lopez was amazingly helpful. It was a very hard bail to post and she went above and beyong with her great services and help in getting this done in a timely manner. I have never heard or experience this type of service from a bailbond. Both the salinas and san jose location are great teams. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or family member.
