The flakes in my garage came off very easily and did NOT correctly put the clear coat. Within a day the flooring showed various cracks and the flakes were not even spread out evenly and had many bald spots and spots with heavy flaking. I asked 2 different professionals to see if the job was done correctly and I was told that the flooring was not done correctly at all and recommended I request a refund. I requested a refund from these people for the terrible work they did because I had to hire somebody else to completely remove everything. And redo it. This contractor did not respond to my messages regarding a refund and simply left me on read. Terrible service and cost me thousands. Please DO NOT use them.

When I confronted them they were refusing to tell me the name of the company that they worked for. Their excuse was that their company didn't provide a place for them to go to use the bathroom. When I called their supervisor to report the incident he said he would talk to them. He never took any information from me regarding where the incident had taken place or which employees had done this. So I asked the supervisor for the name of his supervisor and he refused to tell me and hung up on me. After I confronted them, they cut my internet from outside where they were standing.
