Saved me a ton of time and hassle. Thanks for stepping up you guys and listening to your customers. Unless you plan on running across the city to pick up your appliances don't buy here. I live in the South end. Bought a microwave and now have to spend 1 and 1/2 hours running across the city to pick it up. Why have a warehouse nowhere near your location. Would have bought somewhere else if I knew this information. So ridiculous that you would make customers do this. Bring it to the store for me. Go elsewhere unless you live near Red River College. Plus it took 7 weeks to get here when they told me 4 weeks.

After having to call several times to get a response from the service department, I finally had 4 service calls over a few months but the repair men were baffled and the problem couldn't be found.
