The representative (Hi JC) listened to me, took me around the exterior, tested the wood, and took pictures and measurements. Later i received an estimate, I accepted, the work started and was completed in 2 days. The representative returned, took me around again, asked if I had any issues, took pictures, and I paid the remaining balance. I loved the process - "a" process. Something more companies should have. Got My estimate and was contacted about an opening two days later to repair My house roof. Contacted via e- mail about bid and appointment time. Prompt arrival of repair staff. They removed enough of the old roof to be sure they covered all damaged area. Work was done will and fast. All details were covered. Final caulking and even repainting of affected wood areas was done. Work area was cleaned up completely. Would I hire them again ? Oh Yes I will.

Smith and Jones office lady was super nice in making my appt. Caleb and Jonathan were friendly and knowledgeable and showed up on time. They got a plan together of the work that needed to be done and we got it scheduled promptly. I had to leave town but Caleb and Jonathan were efficient in getting my electrical panel replaced. They followed up with me and sent pictures after the work was complete. I would definitely recommend them. I am happy to refer them to others. I feel like I was not overcharged on anything. DO NOT HIRE ABC IRRAGATION…read more I hired ABC Irrigation to do an overhaul of my sprinkler system and am very displeased at their shoddy work and attention to detail. The heads were left either covered in dirt and grass, leaking, broken or unfinished. I would then call and they would return charge me another $400 leaving their work again unfinished. Our total bill exceeded their estimate by $2,000. and it still took me six hours to dig out and uncover the sprinkler heads. Again, do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE ABC IRRIGATION. They do not care about the quality of their work or the people they supposedly serve.
