I was extremely hesitant to hire a service for my 4 month old but I'm SO glad I did. Our sitter was Vecany and she was AMAZING. Our daughter absolutely loved her to pieces. She's smile so big every time she'd see her. We originally booked two sitting sessions with her but ended up having her come four times. I can't say enough great things about her. She'd text me updates when we were out which made me feel at ease. She left a note with different nap times and feeding times while we were gone. She sang songs, took her for walks, played with her constantly. Couldn't be happier. We will absolutely use this service again on our trip to Cabo. When exploring sitting options in Cabo I was honestly a little nervous about the idea of leaving our 9 month old with a sitter we hadn't met. I couldn't have walked away more impressed with Baja Babysitting, and am so thankful they gave my wife and I the opportunity to have some nights out while in Cabo. We used them on 2 separate nights, and had different sitters each night. Both Lorena and Vecany were punctual, friendly, and took to our little guy right away. Having Dani watch our three children during our trip to Cabo made our vacation so much more relaxing and special. Dani jumped right in and bonded with the kids instantly. She was creative and playful with them and kept them engaged during her time with them. She was able to find activities that suited all of their interests: swimming, coloring and art projects, puzzles, and more. She was also so helpful with tasks like getting the kids dressed and ready for the beach, preparing and serving their meals, and cleaning up after them. In addition to the kids enjoying their time, she was also such a pleasure for the adults to be around as well. She was so sweet and kind and we all enjoyed getting to know her! That is simply not true. The "special needs" baby had a feeding tube that the babysitter did not have to use. The baby drank bottles the same as every other baby. The other family said it was fine if their sitters helped out...we were all there together discussing it. I even said directly "how is it not possible that the three adults there can not take care of the 4 kids" and Diana's response was "I talked with my team, they are very experienced, and they need a 4th sitter." Nothing to the tune of "is it ok with the other family if their babysitters help out." It's shameful to try and blame it on "special needs..." having an ng tube that only the parents need to use is NOT special needs (look it up). Anyhow, not wasting anymore time on this, but felt it needed to be noted; it's the principle of the matter more than anything. read more

While staying in Cabo, we had a wonderful experience with Baja Babysitting. We were provided with our babysitters' resumes in advance and were satisfied they were well qualified.  Ana Lucia and Marian arrived promptly and immediately engaged the 6 children in swimming and games.  You could tell they were very comfortable with the children and we were instantly put at ease.  While we were out, Ana Lucia and Marian sent us updates and photos of the children at play. Baja babysitters are fantastic! My family has been using them for the past 8 years in Cabo and I used them for the first time this year since I had a little one. Every year they have always provided us with excellent sitters. Diana is incredibly responsive and willing to go the extra mile ! I had the fortune of going to Cabo area twice in three months and Diana helped coordinate the complicated logistics for our second stay to make sure we could get Judith again to help with our 17 month old. Judith was absolutely fabulous with our little girl and it made us so happy that she took to her immediately on our second trip!! She called her "jugey" and loved going to the beach, playing in the pool and coloring. Highly recommend Baja babysitters - my family has probably had 8-10 different sitters over the years and they all have been truly amazing with the kids, come up with games and bring art supplies. I was thrilled with our recent experience with Baja Babysitting. I have never hired a babysitter on vacation before and was honestly a bit nervous but really wanted to go to Flora Farms without kids so we signed up. I am so happy we did! We filled out the online request and almost right away got a follow up email from the owner, Diana. Closer to the trip we got a profile on our sitter, Mariana. And she showed up right on time-despite our confusing condo layout and she was bright and energetic and even brought art supplies with her because I mentioned my kids love art in the online request. She watched the kids for 4 hours and my husband and I got to enjoy ourselves at dinner! Win win. Diana the owner was super responsive and within minutes of emailing them I had heard back & was able to engage in an electronic dialogue that ultimately had me booking Lorena for help on 2 nights. Lorena has a ton of experience with infants and showed up not only on time, but with a huge smile, and the most positive energy out of any sitter we have used thus far. She was absolutely incredible with our daughter. She not only put us at ease right away, but our daughter loved her from the moment she went into her arms.
