Someone at this firm got richer - thanks to me. I consulted with this firm to inquire about filing bankruptcy in good faith, and passed all of the screening questions/forms, etc. - but after countless hours back-and-forth with the paralegal and attorney, and after paying over $3k in fees.....I am not eligible to file! WHAT?!?!? Even if that were true, one would think this would have been discovered early on rather than right before the filing. There were errors on the documents that I pointed out multiple times, yet the errors remained until the last second. I was not privy to the "final" version of the schedules until the end - after I paid all of the money and spent hours reminding them of the errors and resending emails I had already sent countless times. My main complaint, however, was that I made to feel judged....a loser.....no one cared at all why I was in this position in the first place. I was questioned about personal matters (my family's situation) without any understanding of how debt can happen both over time - and in an instant! Life happens! I could have done what this firm did - and could have saved myself $3k that I could desperately use right now...but as I stated in the beginning....someone at this firm got richer - don't be like me. read more

This law Firm u need to stay away from....Just like one of there client said..When I read that I said she went threw the same thing I just went threw..The more desperate u r the more they charge u..And that's so true I just went threw that over a car....I was working a part time job only making 8.50 and hour...In some cases they had been taking my hole check..I had to let go of my Health Insurance....And at that time everyone had to have health insurance...I lost my storage that was everything that I own..Even some of my important paper and thing that I can't get back. They r so money hungry. I told them I can't afford the payments and ask them to lower my payments. They told me that they couldn't because I would be behind on my payments...You really have to watch them they are some fast slick talking people...I had filed a chapter 13. Out of all the bills I gave them...They only put 2 of my bills on Bankruptcy..Then I have about 5 people that I have to pay...I'm like all I'm doing is paying all them high fee's to the lawyer's and other people they had working on my case.... Everyone want 2000 and 3000 I mean how may people u have to have working your case dang!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I just lost the car also. When I tell u they put me in the poor house that's nicely putting...So please don't use them u will b sorry... No they don't deserve any!!!!!!!!! They knew I really wanted that car so they totally took Advantage of me.
