Sasser's isn't "cheap"... they're fair. And the others wanted money upfront for a service call. Sasser's runs their business like a family business should be run: Treat a customer with respect, be fair on your price, earn repeat business. He made 1 payment, and then all communication ceased. I was stupid enough to give him the title prior to leaving. I thought he was a man of his word. He wasn't. He got me for $1600.00. Lucky for him 9/11 occured, or I may have been able to do something about it. What kind of guy cheats a serviceman out of $1600.00 right after a national military emergency?
