However, when an oxygen concentrator is returned to Alliance on January 13 but I receive a bill for the entire month on February 2nd, then there is a problem. If I received the concentrator on the 25th of the month would they have charged me for the entire month? I'm not sure, but based upon what I was told, they bill by the month. I can pay the bill, but I'm sure there are others who are stuggling and I think it is TERRIBLE that this company makes an arbitury decision to charge based upon a whole month of rental when the equipment has been returned. If you need to return equipment to the company be sure and understand your service date so that you aren't paying for equipment that you no longer have.

My daughter gets her nutritional needs through Finnegans. She is tube fed with a feeding pump. She…read moreis unable to eat any other way. Her feeding pumped stopped working. I called the company to get a replacement and was told that they had one in the office but I had to pay them $200 to BORROW it. I don't have that kind of money. My daughter has two insurances that would pay for the pump 100%. She said it would be about 30 days till they got a pre authorization before they can order a new pump. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO FEED MY LITTLE GIRL??? I'm panicking right now. Your company told me they have a pump I can use right now in the office but said I had to give them money to borrow it?? That's unethical. Any time this has happened with other companies they would get one out to me immediately, no money exchanged. I just had to sign a contract saying I would give it back when the new one came in. I'm very very disappointed to in how this was handled. There should be better protocol for situations like this!!!! Now I'm left with having to admit my daughter into a hospital several hours away and risk exposing her to lord knows what virus is going around right now. She has a life limiting disease and no immune system. Kabafusion was always there during emergencies like this.
