A very unassuming donut place with a variety of options located in a plaza with ample parking spots. The place itself is tiny but clean and organized. The staff is amazingly kind, patient and welcoming. Their donuts, or at least the ones we tried were delicious and unique in their own way. Their strawberry shortcake and orange cream donuts were my fave. Definitely a must try, if you haven't already!

He approved the delicious aroma of the foooood! He loved the smell and I enjoyed the donut holes. Lovely shop with good service.

Stumbled across this place because we ordered food at Rolls and Grill a few doors down. Was amazed by the donut wall they had. The interior is small but cute. They had an awesome assortment of donuts to choose from but picked a few. Their donuts were all quality and not a bad price. I left with 6 specialty donuts at $14. The waitress was nice and explained everything.

This review is only for the number of donuts we ordered. This was our first time visiting Bakersfield Donuts. The shop was clean, and the lady assisting us was kind and helpful. The donuts were freshly made, and we appreciated the variety of flavors available. I gave 4 stars only because of some donut flavors--e.g. the cookies and cream donut didn't quite capture that classic flavor, and the banana donut could use a lil more hint of banana. Nevertheless, this donut shop is worth a visit!

Stopped by on our trip down to San Diego. The breakfast burritos were just what we needed, chorizo was perfect and good quality tortillas. They also had a wide variety of donut flavors - we got the matcha and the horchata mazapan! The owner was very welcoming and made our morning :) Also check out their new location in downtown.

Stopped by at 6am and service was friendly, warm welcoming. Donuts are soft and pillowy and the regular coffee had a smooth taste. We have 4 more hours on the road and stopping at this donut shop was not a mistake. We needed a great cup of coffee and that's exactly what we found . We love this shop not expensive and better tasting than other commercialized shops.

We have picked up donuts for the office a few times since this donut spot opened up and they have a good variety of flavors. I love how they don't skimp on PB, icing or any other toppings. I'm not a huge donut fan, but this place has some really good flavors. The donuts are soft and always tastes fresh. I met the owner a few times and he seems really friendly. From my understanding he used to work at another donut shop before opening up his own shop, so he has years of experience in perfecting donuts. My favorite item is the croissant donut. If you haven't tried this place out, you should check them out. They're located in a busy area, but you can guarantee there's always parking. The shop has always been clean every time I have visited and they have cute decor on the wall. Definitely Yelp worthy pictures!

I must admit that I am a donut-holic. Yes, I am addicted to donuts!! Not all donuts are made the same. Happy to say that the donuts made at this donut shop are yummylicious!!!! I've been here several times since they opened, and I have yet to be disappointed. Everything I've tried has been top notch. They make most of the classic donuts, and they do taste delicious. Personally, I prefer their specialty donuts. My favorites are the following: Peanut Butter Cup. Not sure if this is the real name, but this donut is packed with deliciousness. It looks great with the peanut butter cup on top, and it tastes just as good as it looks!! Val-nana. This donut has a subtle taste of banana, and I have to say that it tricks my mind into thinking I'm eating something healthy! Strawberry Cherry Cheesecake. This is another winner for me. Soft, fluffy, and so yummy!! Nutella. They do not skimp on the toppings and fillings in any of their donuts. This one is no exception. You can taste the nutella in every single delectable bite! By the way, the inside of the shop looks great!! They have a instagram photo worthy donut wall!! The service has been friendly and welcoming each time I've dropped by. No complaints from me. Glad to have Bakersfield Donut Co. in town! They are A+++++ in this donut addict's book!!

First time to try, and we're not disappointed with the taste . I love the iced coffeee... + the ham & jalapeno croissant. It was big. The place is nice and they have like a donut photo wall if you like to do a selfies. Service is nice

I've had my share of donuts and this place is the best in town! Soft pillowy and not too sweet! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! The best donuts in town by far! Workers are always friendly. Tiny little donut shop but with they make the best pillowy soft donuts thats not too sweet! My fave is the custard filled donuts with chocolate. 10/10!

Very small inside.... Basically a grab and go place. Nice selection of donuts though... actually made it hard to choose what we wanted. Ended up with half a dozen donuts for $12.00. Full dozen is $17.00. Loved the strawberry cheesecake donut... must say the donuts are big; fluffy and tasty. Good size portions. The worker was busy; people kept coming in.... Tried to be as fast as possible. It's located in the plaza on Ming with Dede's and Ross.

Confused as to how I had never heard of this little shop! Cute little store with a great variety. I love when stores have their own specialties which this one does, their bougie doughnuts! Of course they got the classics as well. Will return when I'm in the area. Lady upfront was super nice letting me know what was available in their menu! Their cronut is chefs kiss! Worth the price :)

If im clueless let me in on the Vietnamese coffe you know of...anyhoo If you're looking for a caffeine kick, the cold canned Vietnamese coffee will give you a jolt you wouldn't believe. Food-wise, the Peruvian grilled cheese sandwich was flavorful and well made, but I'd recommend asking for the sauce on the side unless you enjoy a messy sandwich. The ham and cheese croffel had great flavor, but it was a little light on the ham and cheese. I think the cropples are better suited in the sweet variety as they seem small incompressants to a ham and cheese croissant someone would purchase for about half that price. In my opinion, it was more of a kid's snack than a meal and not quite worth the price, if you're actually hungry I would go with something else off the menu. Everything was made fresh , you must be patient here , perfection can be slower than your metabolism, so dont go there hangry. During my visit, Hector explained that he envisions Uncharted Adventures as a gathering place for the community. The business frequently hosts weekend vendor markets and local running clubs. Hector also shared he was creating a dedicated Memorial Day wall honoring local veterans, first responders, and teachers, while also working on an outdoor eating area. It's always great to see a Hector and Chris, and the new Adventures they take on. This is one of the few coffee shops in Bako worth checking out, whether you're stopping in for a coffee, a bite to eat, or a community events theyre hosting give em a visit an introduce yourself. Their hype was definitely due to the 'aesthetic'. Nothing is really outstanding to me. The drinks are such a let down, the coffee is borderline yuck.. do not recommend. The food is heavily missing flavor, the hummus is disgusting. I can't believe they call that thing hummus, it's an insult to actual dish.. it's almost like it was trying to imitate the real dish, but failed terribly in even attempting to. Their pizza tasted like play-doh and looked very pale. Smitten is at least consistent with one thing, which is their staple: no flavor. One of the breaking points for me was being served food that had someone's HAIR. The restaurant is very expensive for the poor experience they have to offer. I stopped recommending them a long time ago.
