I gave it 2 stars because it's very fast service... BUT customer service is beyond words. The lack of respect and all out hateful nature of the guy (wont say gentleman) is just overwhelming to say the least. I thought he must have been having a bad day at first, but after reading reviews, I see hes normally like that. Our money keeps HIM in business. I'm not sure why he thought it would be ok to speak to me in that manner especially with my 2 kids with me... If they say "what's wrong with him" and my favorite "he needs Jesus", obviously his actions are noticeable and uncalled for. Poor customer service. I will be driving across town from now on... Never again. I hope the guy reads these comments and has a realization of his actions. read more

The owner, Ben, is a unique character and a veteran, people need to stop and ask the question of "what's the reason". If you put aside his "rude attitude" and have a bit of patience with him, you will understand "what's the reason for the attitude". Everyone has a story and the yo you are today is because of the past experiences one has had. If you stop a pay attention you will see that he is a veteran just trying to live the American dream, it's obvious with how clean and organized everything is and the amount of rules he has to make sure everything is perfect. Unfortunately he is one of many that are part of the HUGE problem of PTSD we have in America. Take a moment and think before posting that negative review, especially for someone like Ben where It is really that he wants to work hard but he just can't control his outbreaks and his bursts. First of all I was proud of my sister for taking in her own car to get smogged herself. She just purchased the car two days ago with her own hard earned money and still waiting on paperwork from the dmv. Whoever this jerk "Ben" at the desk who I wouldn't even say helped her, was very unprofessional and asked her why her "dad" didn't send her with dmv paperwork to get her car smogged. Argued with an 18 year old girl who tried to stand up for herself when he is getting her business. I'm pissed off and fathers and mothers, do not send your daughters or sons there. He's a jerk and from what the reviews I've read, this isn't the first bad experience people have had. Drive a little farther fo some customer service and respect. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars because I have never been treated so horribly until I stepped foot into this place. He accused me for working for the government and that I tried to shut him down. I was confused about the accusations because all I asked for was a smog. He yelled at me. Then got worried when another woman walked in and suddenly left because he thought I told her about him yelling at me. Don't be an ASS and you will actually have customers. What a way to spend the afternoon, getting a smog test. What can I say fast and reasonably priced. Tip don't bring a drink in the office.

Usually no waiting but I suspect that's because he treats everyone who walks thru the door like someone else to kick around. Fast (usually) and cheap enough, close to home BUT be warned, be prepared to have him yell, cuss, throw things, etc like a spoiled little boy who never got disciplined as a child. DON'T take your small children in there unless you are prepared for them to be exposed to his unprofessional conduct. I won't be surprised when I see his obit in the paper with cause of death as a heart attack because he works himself into a total frenzy like a wild rabid animal over the tiniest little thing. Probably also explains why he has no employees. If you don't want to be abused, if you have the time, go somewhere else. If you are in a hurry and don't mind being treated like crap for daring to bother him and you live near by, then go but be forewarned. And if you want to get thrown out, tell him you either work for the Government or the DMV. That will guarantee you a quick exit out of the business. read more
