Although an extension was filed, our return was never completed. What's worse, the tax preparer has completely disappeared. Their office is closed with only a handwritten note, and they have not responded to multiple phone calls, voicemails, or two certified letters requesting the return of our documents. We are now forced to reconstruct our records with someone else. We have also filed a police report and a formal complaint with the IRS due to the withholding of our personal and financial records. This has caused us significant stress and concern, and we would strongly caution anyone against using this service. My 2009 taxes were also reviewed, found many errors. The bill for my S corp and LLC was evenly 1400 each!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Crazy. LLC had zero activity. I asked what there hourly fee schedule was.. evasive answers. no call back.. Kevin Berger said he would cll back.. never did.. NIce office Kevin .. I'm glad my company can help pay for it.
